During our trip to Hard Rock we visited multiple times Ipanema Restaurant . The staff is very friendly , service is great . Fernando is amazing at his job along with his coworkers Victor , Josue & Janet. I ordered a cucumber drink and Fernando made it happen ! Not only the staff is great but the food is amazing .

Excellent service
Alma was so nice, always smiling. She tried her best to help teach me Spanish every time I would go to her for towels. All of your employees should be more like her.

Great service all around. Big thanks to Rolon for serving us so well at our balinese bed on the beach and at the pool. Food was great and hospitality is top notch. Weather was perfect and the beach is beautiful there. Recommend Frida for dinner.

Awesome staff
Such a nice person really great person. And I would give more stars if I could. Just from how great of a place and a person that brought that and he felt like family
