The resort itself is gorgeous. We stayed in the garden view swim up suite and was just perfect for us and the other couple that they managed to get us right next door to. The service was great overall, but Samuel, Antonio and Fernando were absolutely incredible! Those three in particular give us all the reason to come back and visit again!

Beautiful Resort
The all Adult resort at the Haven Riveria in Cancun was amazing! This was our 2nd stay at the resort. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We stayed in the Serenity Swim out Jr. Suite. We had a Consierge, name Gabo, that helped with providing thorough details about daily activities. It was absolutely wonderful!! For the most part, we highly recommend this establishment.

Quiet couple’s paradise
This resort is so well taken care of and well staffed. We never had to worry about getting lounge chairs or the cabana’s by the beach. There were always great spots available and it was so quiet and relaxing. Staff often checked in on us and our awesome poolside server Levi always made sure we had water, beverages, and food after 12:30 (@ serenity club pool). Highly recommend the Tehani dinner and show, it was incredible!! Hope to go back again someday!!

Haven is Amazing
The best resort I have ever experienced! Minor room issues were dealt with immediately, food was great, staff was super energetic and always there for you. The only small downside is the beach, needs cleanup, and more attention, but it is definately beautiful. Very intimate and friendly. I will return,.. just have to work a bit before that journey back. Thank-you.

Excellent resort. Service was so well done. Valentina, the concierge manager was incredible. She deserves a raise.
The man at the main lunch buffet makes the most amazing chicken cheese tacos... next level!! Swim up rooms are worth the upgrade!! We used it so much. The resort was very well laid out... everything was spacious(not congested like Cancun Resorts) yet not a long walk to the restaurants/pools) This now our favorite resort out of the 10 times we have stayed at (in the Mayan Rivera, Punta Cana, DR and Varadaro, Cuba).
