Excellent stay at the hotel, food and drinks exceptional, staff were friendly and helpful (special mention to Denisse our butler). Entertainment was good. Our room was clean and bar restored each day. Would deffo go again!!

Top Notch Resort
We had a great time at Haven. Everything was top notch. Great service everywhere. Especially Carlos, our Pool Waiter, he was the best. The main pool had a good vibe with a DJ and live music everyday . We will be back.

Pool concierge
Degner the pool concierge was amazing! He made my stay 10x better, he really went above and beyond to make me feel special not just on my birthday but all the other days that I was there. Degner as well as all pool staff were very attentive thought out my whole stay, the service is honestly what made my trip that much better, I cannot recommend this place enough it was amazing.

Best Resort in Mexico!
We had an exceptional stay at HAVEN, so amazing we didn't even leave the resort. The amenities were beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is incredible, shout outs to Fernando, Blanca, Pedro, Misael, Arturo, Israel, Monserrat, Andres, Francisco, Medina, Fernanda, Anai and Valentina! The rooms were large and gorgeous, we had the romantic swim-up room. Champagne and strawberries with chocolate were waiting for us with a happy anniversary banner. The bathroom had a bluetooth speaker built in and the shower had double rain showerheads. First time ever hubby and I could shower together because it allowed for different temperatures. The shower also looks into the room if you wanted. Swim up pool was amazing and pristine. It was so luxe and I was pleasantly surprised because it wasn't very expensive at all. I got our money's worth. The amenities were beautiful, we absolutely loved the spa. We went everyday to do the circuit to detox. The food was 10/10, every restaurant and the buffet was so delicious! We will absolutely consider going back for our next vacation.

Just left from our visit at Haven, it was our first time at Haven and it was wonderful. We had serenity club and while it was nice, we didn’t really use it to our full advantage. We stayed in building 4, as I had requested prior to our arrival and I am so glad we were able to be in that building. The entertainment staff was wonderful and always tried to keep the guests engaged and entertained. A special shoutout to the poolside waiter Carlos, he was wonderful and always made sure we had our drinks full! All of the staff at the restaurants were great and very attentive! Transportation to and from the airport was easy as we booked through Amstar. We would definitely stay here again.
