We had an absolutely amazing stay at Haven Riviera Cancun and honestly couldn’t fault it. The most perfect honeymoon! The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay special — a huge shoutout to Pedro and Jose, who were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were absolutely stunning so much space and were cleaned daily and were spotless everytime! The food was incredible with so much choice. There’s a fantastic buffet, snack bars throughout the resort, and a great selection of on-site restaurants including Italian, Chinese, teppanyaki, steakhouse, and Mediterranean — there really is something for everyone. Honestly couldn’t believe what we got for the cost of the holiday, incredible! The pools were brilliant: there’s a quiet pool and a more lively pool with daily activities and performances every day from 12pm, ranging from saxophonists to singers and violinists. Even the quiet pool ended up being so much fun! The beach is right next to the resort and is absolutely stunning, with plenty of sunbeds and hammocks to relax on. There’s also staff on site to help organise excursions and taxis, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Night-time entertainment changed every evening and was always great fun. We honestly had the best time at Haven Riviera Cancun and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend! 🌴🌊💛

Haven resort
This was our first time visiting this resort, and we had a wonderful experience. We were part of the Serenity Club, and it was absolutely worth it. Our butler, Michelangelo, was superb he checked on us daily, even on his day off, and was always ready to help with anything we needed. The customer service, beach food, and overall atmosphere were fantastic. We will definitely be coming back.

Amazing Amazing!
Everything was beyond amazing! Gabriel our butler was so attentive, fun, and helpful. The resort was beautiful, clean, fun, and well thought out. Food and drinks were off the charts. Highly recommend!

Had to continue my review…
I had to make sure that we included the pool servers! Ernesto was our server and he never stopped! Hard working, nothing that he couldn’t accommodate us with. Very attentive and a cheerful manner-always! Can’t wait to be coming back next year to our “family”, away from our family.

Great visit at Haven Riviera Cancun
This was our third time visiting Haven Riviera Cancun, and once again it did not disappoint! The resort is beautiful and well maintained! We enjoyed the food with the stand outs being Olios and Satsu. The service was exceptional, and Felix at restaurant Flavors was our favorite! He set the bar high and knew our preferences before we told him. All of the staff were great! We will definitely return again!
