Was a great quiet location the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The scenery and landscaping was beautiful, with blooming flowering and fruit trees. We upgraded to the Serenity package with a butler, special dining experiences and a members only pool. Our Butler Denisee was amazing, she didn’t miss a thing to make our experience personal and romantic! The housekeeping staff was amazing leaving little notes and an impeccable room. The price for 10 days all-inclusive was a value we did choose to upgrade to the Serenity package but wasn’t much extra and so worth the addition. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation in paradise. The staff took the extra time to know the guests, Blanca, our waitress at the pool, remembered our anniversary day and brought us a special drink when we arrived at the pool. If you get the chance to visit Cancun, Haven Riviera is the place to check out. Make sure if you choose the Serenity package to ask for Denisee, she will not disappoint. At the pools, watch for Blanca she is the best to bring you a cold beverage of your choice or surprise you with a tropical specialty, alcoholic or non-alcoholic! There were a variety of restaurants to choose from for all meals to visit. Room service is also available with a wide variety of choices, plus will take special requests for you. We will be going back next year.

Serenity upgrade is worth it, and the staff makes it unforgettable
We’ve stayed at Haven Riviera Cancun twice, and this time we upgraded to the Serenity package for 6 nights. It was worth it. Our ocean-facing room had a swim-out pool, and waking up to that every day felt like a dream. The Serenity pools are smaller and feel much more private, and the staff there is exceptional. Alma, Eli, and Ernesto checked on us constantly, moved umbrellas to keep us in the shade, remembered our names and usual orders, and made creative cocktails whenever we wanted to try something new. Each of them brings their own charm. Alma is hilarious and brings joy to everyone around her. By the end of the week, my wife and I were joking that she was “mi amor.” Our butler, Frida Flores, was simply amazing. She checked in several times a day, helped schedule our dinners, and kept us posted on activities. She even helped me plan a surprise in-room dinner for my wife by quietly bringing me electronic candles to set the mood. The spa is a highlight on its own. The aqua spa is a unique experience, and the massages were top quality. Housekeeping was a delight too. They left cute notes and a towel doll that made us laugh. The one weak spot is the food. The buffet breakfast was excellent, but the Serenity breakfast restaurant was underwhelming: great service, limited options. Several dinner restaurants were fine but forgettable. Overall, the service makes this place, and we’d happily come back and upgrade to Serenity again.

October Getaway
Great services! Serenity level was the best experience and well worth the upgrade. Frida our Butler and Blanca our daily waitress for our swim out made it the best experience. The sargasso was disappointing but expected this time of the year.

Great stay!
We had a fantastic stay at the Haven Riviera.The resort is is well kept in terms of cleanliness both in our rooms and in the grounds of the Hotel.We had an issue with the room above had left the jacuzzi on which overflowed into our room which meant we had to move. The issue was dealt with very quickly and professionally for the inconvenience we were given an upgrade in room type which I thought was excellent service.The staff are very friendly and helpful and in particular Perla who was our waitress by the pool nothing was to much trouble always checking in .The beach was a disappointment and unusable due to the seaweed issue .There are some minor cosmetic wear and tear issues with some being addressed while where there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend as it seems to be a very well run Hotel.
