Feb 04, 2026A Wonderful Getaway
My husband and I went to Haven in mid-December as a last minute trip to spend some time together and enjoy some time together before the holiday season. We would recommend Haven to anyone who wants to enjoy a getaway that is equal parts relaxing, fun vibes, and a culinary pleasure. Miguel was absolutely incredible as our butler -- so attentive, honest, and tremendously hard working. If you get him as your butler, you are lucky! We did the Chef's Table Experience and it was worth every penny! Just make sure you don't eat a big lunch so you're not too full.

On our third day here, getting better by the day. Just had dinner at Agua Bendita - chicken with achiote and black pepper is very good. Waiter Jorge Cruz is taking very good care of us, sit in his section!

Would recommend this hotel to anyone
Excellent experience . Michelangelo our butler was the best ever ! We never had to worry about anything . He took care of it all .

Very fun vacation
It was a very fun experience. Foam party on Saturday and the service from Luis Colunga and Alma was fantastic! Alfredo was also a lot of fun around the pool. Nacho was also awesome about getting our group reservations at the restaurants and setup our golf outing.

My new favorite place in Cancun!
Rooms were spacious and our concierge, Candido, was exquisite. Every details was accounted for making this a memorable vacation and a place we definitely will be returning to. The food was fresh and delicious. They literally exceeded our expectations on several levels.
