  not what we hoped for

  this was our 2nd visit to hedo after a gap of several years Unfortunately the hotel is now a little out dated and could do with some TLC for most of our trip the hotel was very quiet so much co that the management decided to close the main buffet restaturant for a few days with out informing guests for the last couple of days there was no TV reception in the rooms the rooms like the rest of the venue could do with an upgrade touch of paint cameras and phones are banned in certain areas due to the nature of the venue but a day/night guest had to be reported to reception as he was wondering around with not 1 but 2 phones and also fully dressed in a nude area on the plus side the food and drink choices were plenty full and top shelf the entertainment staff are the best weve seen in any hotel we have ever stayed at

  A Solo Trip to Hedonism II

  I was originally scheduled to visit Hedonism II with my wife for our second trip, but due to a family emergency, I ended up traveling solo while she stayed behind. Arrival and Transportation I arrived in Montego Bay around 11:20 am and was very impressed with the immigration process. They have several self-service kiosks where you scan your passport and take a photo; the machine prints a slip with your info, which you show at two checkpoints. I was out of the terminal by 11:40 am—a very efficient system. I booked a transfer through Viator with Ricardo Taxi, and my driver was waiting for me outside with a sign. We hit the road by 11:48 am in a clean, well-maintained vehicle. Hedonism is about 45 miles west of the airport, and the drive offers scenic views of the ocean and mountains, mixed with glimpses of local towns. The main hurdle is passing through Lucea, about 30 miles from the airport; the road conditions there are poor, which can add 20 minutes to your trip depending on the time of day. My driver had a rather aggressive driving style speeding at 70 to 80 mph in a two lane road, and made two stops—one to check his phone and another to pee on the side of the street—which pushed the total travel time to nearly two hours. The Resort & Accommodations Check-in was quick, and I was pleasantly upgraded from the Prude side to a Garden View room on the Nude side. While the room itself was clean, the "garden view" was largely just a wall and a few palm trees, which was a bit disappointing, nothing to see from the room. Dining There are three main restaurants: Pastafari (Italian): This was my favorite. The lasagna was absolutely delicious. Japanese Hibachi: The hibachi steak and sushi were average. Flame: Located by the beach, this spot offers a great small buffet, or you can order off the menu. The jerk chicken and fries were solid. Entertainment and Atmosphere I really enjoyed the nightly themed shows. The cast of about 12 performers was talented and sexy, making every night feel special. The Wednesday night show, Fetish Night, was easily the best and featured the most incredible performance I’ve ever seen. The Prude side pool is decent and sits directly across from the beach. However, the Nude side pool is the best place to chill; it has a swim-up bar and serves good casual food like pizza, burgers, and jerk chicken. The nudity offers a sense of liberty and freedom you can’t find elsewhere. The Nude side pool opens at 10:00 am, closes in the evening, and reopens at 11:00 pm. After 11:00 pm, you’ll definitely see some "hot action," especially in the jacuzzi and the open-door playroom located nearby. Final Thoughts The all-inclusive package provides plenty of variety for food and drinks throughout the day. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy the environment. As a single man, you can have a great time if your intentions are to relax and enjoy the voyeurism, but if you expect to be "hooking up" everywhere, you might be disappointed—this place is truly built for couples. For couples, it can be paradise on earth, a place to reconnect without life's distractions and explore adventures not possible anywhere else. I’m looking forward to bringing my wife next time. I’m also glad I decided to purchase a permanent stone with our names on it to commemorate the trip.

  Damage deposit

  We are multiple return guests. Always a great time. Staff, food, atmosphere, all great! This time, we were charged a 250 usd damage deposit, claiming that we were smoking in the room. Weird , because we don't smoke. Many emails to management to no avail. I don't normally complain but they aren't answering emails on this or are willing to do anything so just thoughtbid let people know to beware..

  An Unforgettable First Snorkeling Adventure

  This trip gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, and it all began the moment I decided to try snorkeling for the very first time. I wasn’t sure what to expect — a mix of excitement and nerves — but any hesitation disappeared the moment Milton, our guide for the day, stepped in. Milton didn’t just lead the excursion; he shaped the entire experience. He was patient, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. Before we even touched the water, he took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable and confident. His calm energy made it easy to relax and truly enjoy the moment. Once we were out in the water, the world transformed. I’ll never forget the feeling of dipping my face beneath the surface and seeing vibrant coral, shimmering fish, and colors I didn’t even know existed. Milton stayed close, pointing out different species and making sure I didn’t miss anything special. His enthusiasm was contagious — you could tell he genuinely loved what he did. By the end of the day, I wasn’t just someone who tried snorkeling; I was someone who fell in love with it. Milton made my first experience one I’ll always remember, and I’m already looking forward to doing it again.

  Great vibes - some upgrades needed

  My husband and were here for the second time and are still loving the chilled atmosphere and relaxed lifestyle. The staff really make your stay a great experience, most of them are super fun and very attentive! There are plenty of places to chill out, either by yourself or with other people ;) and we also really enjoyed the food in all the restaurants. One recommendation I would like to make to the owners is to redesign a couple of venues to create some atmosphere. The piano bar is in big need of some sensual vibes. Unfortunately, at the moment it’s a real uncomfortable space, that does not get you into any kind of se#y mood. Some dark fabrics, small sitting booths with table lamps, plants, low background music, maybe some kinky art on the walls…. The nightclub is also starting to look very run down. In having said that, we will be back, but I’m hoping for some upgrades that will enhance the experience and get people “in the mood” !
