  Hedo2: A Unique Place with Five-Star Service and Unforgettable People! Stay: October 10–17 | Room 2264 | WWV Group Hedo2 is truly a unique place! It may not be a five-star product in terms of facilities, but the level of service provided by its staff is five-star-plus. What makes this resort special is its people, and I would like to share my appreciation for those who made our stay memorable. Pros: THE PEOPLE! Arrival and Front Desk From the moment we arrived on October 10, we experienced genuine hospitality. The bellman who welcomed us (a short, strong gentleman) was extremely helpful and attentive. The front desk team was excellent, and every member we encountered was professional and welcoming. Our room was not ready yet, which was understandable since it was not check-in time and a large group was departing that day. As members of the WWV group, we were directed to the restaurant while we waited. We also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, who was very nice, approachable, and welcoming. Grounds and Housekeeping The grounds team deserves a huge round of applause for maintaining the gardens in immaculate condition. The property looked beautiful! Our room was clean and well stocked, and the Housekeeping Team was fantastic. I had the opportunity to speak with two of the room attendants: one was a petite, mature lady, and the other cleaned our room on our departure day, October 17. Both were amazing, professional, and friendly. I sincerely regret not remembering their names, but I want to extend my highest respect and appreciation to the entire Housekeeping Team, especially the room attendants who took such good care of us and the play room attendants. I know how much dedication and hard work go into maintaining these standards, and I truly appreciate their efforts. Food & Beverage: Outstanding Service! The F&B team was exceptional. One particular restaurant server impressed me so much that I remembered her name: VERNETTE PRINGLE! She was outstanding, and so was Indira, the Restaurant Manager. The bar teams, including the pool bar, were equally great. One little detail really stood out: they would ask me, "Vodka and orange juice?" They remembered my preferred drink, which demonstrated their attentiveness and genuine care. Those small details make a big difference in the guest experience! Security: Feeling Safe and Comfortable We felt very secure throughout our stay. The Security Team was always alert and on point, which gave us peace of mind. I felt comfortable allowing my wife to walk around the property independently. Although there were one or two men walking around alone during our stay, we felt comfortable overall. Sania Duncan: A Special Mention I cannot finish talking about the staff without mentioning SANIA DUNCAN! She was soooo good: professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. The agent who replaced her on Friday was also excellent. Entertainment Team: Simply One of a Kind! Last but certainly not least, the Entertainment Team deserves enormous recognition. Every single show we attended was great! Their energy, talent, and dedication contributed tremendously to the atmosphere and enjoyment of our stay. And a special thank-you to our taxi driver, Denton Wright, who was outstanding! Honestly, every staff member we encountered was professional, well trained, and appeared happy to be part of the team. My advice to management: Take care of your staff! They are the heart and soul of this resort. They are the ones who transform a holiday into an unforgettable experience and make Hedo2 feel like a home away from home. My Recommendations for Anyone Planning to Visit Hedo2 Manage your expectations. Hedo2 may not be a five-star product in terms of its facilities, but you can receive five-star-plus service from its people. Couples: Communicate! Know what to expect, discuss your boundaries, and communicate openly with each other. With the right mindset, your Hedo experience can bring you closer and make your relationship even stronger. Break the ice early! Do not spend the first few days feeling shy or waiting for someone else to make the first move. Relax, meet people, embrace the atmosphere, and enjoy the experience from day one. Leaving is much harder when you have only just started feeling comfortable! Stay hydrated and know your limits. Enjoy yourself, but keep track of how much alcohol you can comfortably handle. Plan your excursions wisely. If your excursion takes you through Lucea, be prepared for potentially significant delays due to traffic unless the roadworks have been completed. Factor that into your schedule. Cons: YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT!

  Truly Amazed with the Kama Sutra Palace

  My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the Kama Sutra Palace. They walked us through exactly what was going to happen ahead of time, and the experience itself was beyond anything they could’ve told you or imagined. We will for sure be back!

  Amazing and intoxicating sexual vibes

  Hedonism provided the most exciting vacation my wife and I have ever been on. The sexual energy and the vibe created at the resort was incredible. We are not swingers, but being around naked bodies coupled with the pool parties and atmosphere helped us bring our intimacy to new levels. The room and the dining experiences were more than adequate. The staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We just arrived home on Sept 21 and have already booked a return trip in 5 weeks. That speaks for itself.

  Mid- Average... too many cats

  Our first experience at Hedo was mid-average. But we plan to go again just to see if it can win us over. Pros: -You can truly be yourself. No judgements! -Had my favorite liquor, Disaronno. -Whenever they run out of liquor at a bar, they replace it quickly. -The wait time at the bar was very quick. -Most (not all) staff were very nice and accommodating. -Our room fridge was kept stocked. Cons: -The buildings are old and can use some updates. -There were cats in the open, outside restaurants. And they kept coming on our balcony. This was by far the worst of the vacation for me. For one, I am allergic to cats and for two, I am terrified of them. They would walk around inside the outside restaurants. I even saw 1 guest feeding a cat from the buffet. We also couldn't 'enjoy each other' on the balcony because they would show up there. -The glasses at the bars were visibly dirty (or just old and have permanent smudge marks). -The pizza place is on the nude side. So you had to get completely nude to go to that restaurant. Not fun if you're just craving something to eat and thats the only place open. I wish it was more centrally located on the resort. -No sweet wine like Moscato or Riesling. -There were people constantly walking through the resort on the beach, asking you to buy things. These were people that were not guests at the resort. They just could walk the beach since it was considered a public beach. It got annoying when you have seen them several times and they are interrupting 'your special time'. -Our TV didn't work. It only got 3 channels. They tried to fix it with no luck.
