May 10, 2025Ask for Nadine at the Hideaway Infinity Pool!
We love this resort and everything about it. Especially our exceptional daily waitress Nadine. She can be found at the infinity pool on the hideaway side. She is absolutely amazing and will go above and beyond for you every single day. The staff and service have been amazing for our whole 7 day visit here. If you have been considering this resort for your next all inclusive, please pay less mind to the negative and more to the positive. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Nadine the Queen made our experience phenomenal
We came for first time to Jamaica ever to our 20th wedding anniversary! Nadine the Queen made our trip so enjoyable we are returning next year and the year after! The resort is amazing! Thank you Nadine and royalton blue water for making this an amazing experience!

Great work out activities to start the day......,..............,...........................................Room quality is definitely not that of a 5 star. Water in the shower moves from extremely hot to very cold. AC in the room door dripped all night and caused a puddle in the room. Had to change rooms the next day

The staff was great. the layout was the resort was very accommodating & the restaurants were also marvelous. My issues was with the rooms. The Royalton in Nigel had better size rooms. Bigger bathrooms & the Television had local channels. I would still visit but I have to say my experience in Nigel was better.

Girls trip
The resort was clean and staff was very friendly. We felt safe at all times of the day. The food was great. Wait staff on the beach was superb! Natoya was so attentive our entire trip! This was our first time to Jamaica and we are already planning our next trip!
