Can not wait to go back !!!!
Writing this review on our last night at this amazing resort ! As a group of six including two children and one adult in an electric wheelchair . I feel we have a wide variety of needs and expectations and needs. Soon arrival check in was smooth and welcoming especially after a nine hour flight ! We checked into our room and it was apparent we hadn’t got the rooms as requested. Spoke to reception and was promptely moved the next day ! The amenities was all accessible for all ramps to all levels and elevators making access brilliant . Food was good plenty of different selections in the main restaurant even for fussy children. The children section was a great touch ! All staff have been very helpful. Can not be more grateful for all their help and kindness. The entertainment team was good my two boy especially would like to thank Mario who made my youngest son feel so included and joined in all activities. Room was clean tidy and cool ! The air conditioning and fan was a great welcome after a hot day by the pool ! All ready looking for next year

Amazing fantastic memorible
Claudia who hosts the kids mini diaco at royalto rivera was excellent, very proffeaional amd she is defianatley dedicated to her job. She made a very memorible experience for my son amd many of the other children a very interactive experience creating lots of joy and happyness exactly what we needid on our vacation id defo recomend the roaylton rivera mexico or any of the royalton brands in any country

Greatest trip of my life
I have never wanted to not go home so bad. The employees are amazing and so sweet and never failed to make us smile. The showers were amazing with the double rainbow heads. Everywhere was very clean. I want to shout out our butlers Alberto and Rodrigo who gave us amazing service. And Jeranamo and Aaron at the hideaway pool, Jeranamo always made us laugh and was such a delight, and Aaron kept us on top of it with the drinks. I enjoyed my time at Royalton and hate how now it’s is all just a memory. Thank you
