The location is great, the beach is nice and it's only 20mins from the airport. The atmosphere of the resort is superb. Very chilled out out. The rooms are very nice and kept clean by the staff, we had Wendy who did an excellent job. We got an offer for our holiday so the value was good, I'd be willing to pay more to go there again. The noise level was good, we slept very well. Amenities were good, there's a very good gym, a lot of places to eat, a lovely beach, plenty of bars and a very nice lobby. The toilets were always kept clean too. The staff are what takes Royalton to the next level. All are friendly but some were exceptional. The was Juan who looks after the Diamond pool, he's really friendly and looks after the pool area. He made sure that lounges are fairly available for all and keeps the vibe of the pool area very nice. Juan goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a nice time on holiday. Noa was a waiter for the Diamond pool, teamed with Juan. Both guys do an excellent job of keeping you happy. Noa is a top tier waiter, super friendly and always is ready. Wendy our Diamond room cleaner did a great job at keeping our job tidy, thank-you Wendy. Ezequiel from the Vibe activity team was nice to talk with and did a good job organising activities. Our Diamond Butlers worked as a team and were very helpful all holiday. We had Mauricio and Daniel who looked after us all holiday. The set up a WhatsApp group to make sure they were always ready to help. They helped more that we knew we needed, the dropped of some Prosseco for us and organised us dunner reservations with no fuss. Mario a waiter at the buffet does an excellent job. Thank-you Mario. The staff are what makes Royalton extra speacial. Thank-you to... Daniel, Juan, Mauricio, Wendy and Noa. You guys helped make our holiday extra special. I have no complaints about the Royalton Riviera and highly recommend staying there, it was a shame to come home.

Teppanyaki amazing!
Teppanyaki at the zen restaurant was our fav! It’s a great show and the food tastes great , Manuel, Armando and Jesus were all amazing!

Highly Recommend
We had a wonderful time at Royalton Hideaway in Cancun. The rooms, food, and service were great. There were plenty of beach chairs and pool chairs. Gina and Lu provided outstanding butler service and made my birthday very special. We have stayed at several resorts in Mexico and will definitely go back to the Royalton Hideaway again.

Catalina at the bar Martini Mix was the best service I. The whole resort and all of cancun!!also Hiram was very kind.
Great trip with my wife, in laws and friends. The resort was easy to get to from the airport and the servers were very attentive, especially Catalina in the Martini bar.

Great food at Armadillo’s!
