Oct 15, 2026Gina and Oscar are the best!!!
We had an amazing experience! Gina and Oscar took such great care of is! Even our kids noticed how kind and attentive they were. We had a group of 12 with 4 rooms one room had different butlers. Gina and Oscar stepped in and helped them out when they needed it. Huge thank you to Oscar and Gina for making our stay absolutely amazing!!!!

Oct 14, 2026Feels like you had to beg for service
Restaurants were either closed or filled. The buffet seems to be their main priority. Always seemed to be out of whiskey or beers

Oct 14, 2026Excellent experience at Royalton
Thank you so much for an amazing vacation. Benny and Daniel were the best butlers and were very attentive to our needs. They made everything we need happen! Josephat at the Diamond pool bar made perfect cocktails and made us smile.
