    Unlimited, reservation-free a la carte dining includes a Japanese Teppanyaki and Sushi Bar, an authentic Italian trattoria, Mexican and steak restaurants.  On any day you please, unwind with a mid-afternoon coffee and exquisite dessert at the cafe.

    Happy Holiday

    Had a fabulous four week holiday at Hideaway, Royalton Riviera, Cancun . We were Diamond Club guests and were looked after by Jocelyn and Victor. They made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. They also kept us up to date with activities, entertainment etc that was available to us if we wanted to participate. Was lovely to see them each day of our holiday. Would highly recommend this hotel.

    Wonderful relaxing resort, something for everyone!

    I stayed one week in January 2026 with family, there were 6 of us which included an 8 year old. It was a fabulous experience! The resort was beautiful, the food was excellent, the staff were all amazing, helpful and so friendly. Romero at the beach remembered all our drink preferences after the 2 rainy days when we didn't go there. For my grandson's 8th birthday the staff went out of their way to celebrate at breakfast and dinner and left balloons on his bed. It was expensive, but so enjoyable we never left the resort.

    A celebration to remember!

    To celebrate our 40th anniversary, we could not have asked for a better location, service team and responsiveness of the folks from the Marriott Representative Aryana, the Culinary Experience Leader Guillermo, the Chef at Zen Carlos and the many folks who tended the beach bars.

    Spectacular Friend Vacation in Riviera Maya!! Hot hot hot!! 🔥

    Great Beach, my beautiful best friends and get day playing pickleball on the roof!! Edgar, Dani, Ivonne in the gym were so friendly. Are at Agave, Grazie, Hunter Steakhouse and Doroto. Restaurants were tricky, make reservations as soon as you arrive.Great pools!! Awesome trip

    A most enjoyable vacation!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at the RoyAlton l. The facilities were very well maintained and everything was easily accessed. The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious options. We stayed in a Double Diamond swim out suite which was very well appointed. Our vacation was made most enjoyable, however, by the staff. We werr always greeted with a friendly Ola! We wish to recognize our butlers, Cesare and Fabian for attending to all of our needs in such a special way. Mary Lou and Paul R.
