    Guests may choose from 10 a la carte and buffet restaurants, a cafe, as well as 24-hour room service.  One a la carte restaurant is exclusively for Hideaway guests.

    Unlimited, reservation-free a la carte dining includes a Japanese Teppanyaki and Sushi Bar, an authentic Italian trattoria, Mexican and steak restaurants.  On any day you please, unwind with a mid-afternoon coffee and exquisite dessert at the cafe.

    Room accommodations.

    Just checked in 3 adults and we were suppose to have 2 beds and only have one. They said they are working on it but very frustrating. Not sure if they can do anything tell Friday or Sunday. Still here tell the 11th.☹️ hopefully I can change my rating depends on what they can do.

    Honest Review of my stay at Royalton Riviera

    This is my honest review about Royalton Riviera (did not book the diamond club package): Pros: Clean and beautiful grounds. Beautiful pools, lobby and general entrance. White sand beach. Lots of beach beds. Abundance of beach towels. Food was decent minus the Italian a la cart restaurant. Rooms were relatively clean and newly renovated. No room key and towel cards. Cons: Over booked and Under staffed. Slow service at every bar and food stations. Very poor ventilation system in the building. Rooms and many common areas including buffet, the steak house and parts of the lobby, had a strong smell of sewage. No premium drinks even for diamond club guests (eg. Patron or Don Julio) and had to pay extra. Day time entertainment by the pool was non-existent except for one time foam party during our 7 day stay. Night time entertainment was average, nothing special. Pool water was freezing cold therefore most of the time it was empty.
