I really wanted this place to be great. I have been to about 15 inclusive over the years and this was the worse service EVER. From ordering food at the sports bar that that I never received to the worse po boy sandwich I have ever had, this place was mostly bad.

I had a great time here. Everything was well organised. We had a buttler, Denis and he helped us well with everything, he was really nice!

stayed here 4 weeks ago as a diamond club hideaway guest,our butler was terrible he wasnt even there on our arrival,gave us a room overlooking family pool when we booked and paid extra for adult only,spent most of our time complaining about the service we never received we were told we had to pay $1000 to move room ,room was filthy majorly understaffed in all areas never got the bar to lounger service until the last day food was cold and the beach there is huge sand bags on the beach which are not shown on tour operators adverts or in any description in most areas they go into the sea and you have to climb over them,the the rep said they had only been there two weeks when in fact they have been there since last year,book i would not retrn here the best trip was back to the airport
