  Service was great, especially from Sorainny and Robinson! Food was delicious and fast! Definitely recommend eating here!

  Best restaurant & staff

  Dorado is a fantastic restaurant The staff are amazing! Food is excellent & the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Rafael & Elizabeth are fabulous & Herbert is always so welcoming his singing is wonderful & Baron is so good too. Highly recommend all the staff. Wonderful times here it’s a real Family vibe.

  Fantastic, Unforgettable, Picture Postcard card, Amazing. X

  What a place this is it's just beautiful with beautiful people that work there. We had an incredible stay and were sad to leave. From day one we literally fell in love with this AMAZING hotel. We had a fantastic room overlooking the adults pool and the sea and down below were the swim up rooms what more can you ask for. We had the most perfect butler named Laura who went above and beyond and nothing was a problem. She was always smiling and had the most perfect manners and extra friendly. It was my birthday whilst we were there and she truly made it a special one. From balloons and a sash in our room to a cake and lots of singing in the restaurant that evening. THANKYOU Laura from the bottom of our hearts you are one amazing lady and we miss you. A few more shout outs go to Baron and Manuel from the Dorada seafood restaurant. We always had breakfast here and without a doubt were greeted with two strawberry Bellinis. Baron and Manuel gave such lovely service and always very polite with a smile; nothing was ever a problem. The food was lovely here hence we ate here every morning for breakfast and about four evenings; it was our favourite as well as other restaurants. The next shout out is for our favourite bar The Martini Bar. This was the first bar we went to and was greeted by the lovely Jose. He was always lovely and polite and remembered our drinks the next evening and so on and greeted us with a big smile on his face and a high five. At another of our favourite bars we had excellent service from Sadeica. She came up to us straight away with a big smile and had a lovely conversation and brought our drinks over to us checking in on us all evening. When we bumped into Sadeica in the hotel she always came and said hello. A truly lovely young lady. We booked a trip when we were there with the lovely Santa she was hilarious and had us all laughing. Four of us booked with her and we had a great day. She was at the hotel daily and always came over to say hello with a hug and see how we were doing. Santa you are truly “BLESSED” We went to the pool daily as well as the beach and Wilson always greeted us with towels for our sunbeds. Even if we put our own towels down he would make sure he added the pool towels to. We will never forget this hotel and we're allready thinking about coming back next January. Amazing staff amazing weather amazing hotel fantastic beach we are truly sad to be home.🥺

  The Butler Made All Of The Difference

  We just returned from two weeks at the Royalton Hideaway Punta Cana. We consider ourselves very lucky. We were chosen to receive a very valuable upgrade. We were assigned a butler. In truth, we weren’t assigned just any butler. We had the services of Denis S. We talked with Denis in person and via WhatsApp a couple of times every day. We didn’t request or need that much attention. This is just the level of service Denis provides to each of his guests. What we did request/need were dinner reservations since Royalton’s system is a work in progress. Denis happily got us where we wanted to go at the time we wanted to dine. He also secured us an invitation to the Dazzling Dinner, a wonderful evening of grilled meats and lobster tails. I cannot overstate Denis’s positive impact on our vacation experience at the Hideaway. Hideaway is a corner of the large Royalton complex. It offers a separate check-in, coffee lounge, restaurant, pool, beach area, and two private bars. Guests also have the opportunity to visit the rest of the restaurants and the main buffet on site. We found the main buffet, with its wide array of choices and chef stations, the better choice for breakfast and lunch. We prefer to have our dinners in the specialty restaurants. We would like to mention a few other outstanding workers: • Hideaway Beach Bar – The creative Antonio and Ana who worked both as a bartender and as a server on the beach • The Martini Bar – Demetrio, a true professional • The Buffet – There is a young man who announces his presence like a beer vendor at a ball game. “Coffee Boy!” Clayvi remembers how you like your coffee or Mimosa. He is a hard worker and we enjoyed our interaction with him.

  Great week in Punta Cana!

  Overall we had a great experience at the Hideaway at Royalton in Punta Cana. Rooms were as advertised and our butler service from Christian was excellent and he was very responsive. Restaurants gave a nice number of options and my wife and I enjoyed the variety. The bartender by the adults only pool Juan was awesome all week as was a server named Marta. There are a couple different pools and seating areas by the beach that give different atmospheres and the Diamond Club level we felt was worth the investment if you are looking for a more "adults only" type experience. We did a couple spa treatments and overall that was a great experience and facility. Only complaints would be the WiFi wasn't very good and went "in and out" several times during our trip which made communication home a challenge at times. Be advised that they do try and rope you in to the "time share like" sales pitch which we did not care for and didn't understand what we were being pulled into when it happened and wouldn't have agreed to. Overall we would recommend this property to travelers and had a great week escaping the cold and snow at home!
