  Stayed at the Poinciana Villa. Two couples. Seven nights. Spacious. Fantastic view. Great weather. Neat/Clean. Could have used a few more bath towels. Had a maintenance request that never arrived. Nice pool and patio. Manager was helpful with TV issue. Fitness room pretty good / clean. Third visit to St John. First time here. Did not rent a car, used taxis always. Not cheap but we were here to relax not to battle the left-side, narrow roads, limited parking of SJ. Call Merv listed on the taxi info sheet. Take the catamaran KeKoa/black sail excursions, good time.

  Wonderful Location for Family Vacation!

  Just arrived home after a glorious vacation in St. John, USVI. Traveled with 6 children under the age of 8, and 4 other adults. We booked the Bethel Vista villa located in “The Hills” of St. John. What a gorgeous location! The villa was impeccable! It was large and well appointed with all the amenities you would need. Very clean and the guest services concierge staff were so helpful to assist with additional items needed for infants and small children. The views from the windows of the villa each morning and at sunset were amazing. There was a pool and clubhouse on site, which the children did enjoy even after being at the beach all day! I have to say I would not hesitate returning again it was a very memorable vacation and a very beautiful location!

  Vacation for the books!

  Had one of the best stays I’ve ever had here. From the views overlooking Cruz Bay, St Thomas and the sunset each night to the lovely atmosphere of the neighborhood. It felt like being in a one of a kind world on the island of St John. Each building has its own unique look. Our family stayed at Papaya which has a private pool, there is also a public pool just for people that are staying here, and the private pool made our trip. Sunsets were fantastic! We ate at the clubhouse quite a few times and it was really good food. It also has an incredible view and is inside with AC which is a must for some of our family. If I remember correctly, his name is Tony, the guy that works there(it’s a 1 man show) and he was the man, delicious food. We did go to town a couple nights and our favorite spot to eat at was Banana Deck, ribeyes there and fish were amazing, we’d definitely go back. All in all, it was a great vacation and can’t wait to make it an annual thing with our family to stay here. Papaya is 10/10.

  Not my favorite but not horrible.

  The view was beautiful. Pretty quick to get to town. The pool and cafe was very convenient. The food and drinks at the cafe were fantastic. We had a large group to cook for so the kitchen amenities were not so great. Needed some baking pans and larger pot. We were not greeted by anyone upon arrival but were asked to leave gratuity for them….the Neighboors above were extremely loud vey early in the morning and late at night. Prefer a house for my next stay.
