Couples wedding and vacation
Pros Location was excellent. Pool was small for the hotel size Tropical themed resort was cool Bartenders at Sunset bar were great the nights we were there especially an older Spanish speaking lady super friendly and great with keeping us hydrated and on top of everything. Garden view not bad for our room just make sure to get ateast 4th floor or higher and we were building 3 which was a nice stroll to everything Cons Room was half the size if not smaller than our room at the RIU Fridge broke and our stuff got all ruined. We had 3 fridges in our 4 days there Not all inclusive ***Expensive but that’s all of Aruba**

Papaya reservation period was shortened? Why??
We’ve been staying at the Aruba Hilton twice a year, for a number of years. We love it there. We were planning on going back in April, 2026. However, we just learned that starting in 2026, the Palaypa’s are not available to be reserved until 2 weeks prior to the day they’ll be needed. It had been 6 weeks prior, before this change. In addition to this, there are now a lot more hotel guests due to the availability of the 161 recently constructed guest rooms. So, if anything, you’d figure the Palaypa reservation time would be lengthened, not shortened. On a sub-tropical island like Aruba, your Papaya (and its location) can often play an integral part in your vacation. Therefore, perhaps management can give us an explanation for their hard-to-comprehend decision. On the surface, it seems to defy logic.

Stranded in Paradise
The hotel felt very exclusive. It’s a small resort so not as crowded. We were stuck here when flights were grounded and the hotel staff worked hard to help us with rooms and services. It wasn’t ideal, but they tried hard to make it less stressful for us. Bradley at the front desk was a standout employee, as were Jeremy, William, and Santiago of the Beach Bites crew. We also really enjoyed interacting with the birds daily — paquita, one, two, rolito, pk, Laura, Guapa and Aruba, and of course our favorite, Pepe. They were the sweetest birds and the handlers were the nicest guys ever. Thank you to the hotel staff for helping to make a stressful stay feel less stressful.

Hilton came through for us!
We are regular yearly guests here. Always had fantastic service, from check in, housekeeping, and beach/pool attendants. This Christmas we dealt with the unexpected flight cancellations on 1/3 from Venezuela. This is when you know you have a great hotel. Bradley at reception is THE G.O.A.T! Along with help from front desk mgr Anastasia . They helped secure our same room at a discounted rate for the extra two days. Who could not be happier getting two extra days in Aruba? Everyone we interacted with over our 12 day trip were professional and courteous . Nice to see some of the same faces at breakfast and sunset bar. If management is reading this , the one thing I’d like to voice my concern about is the beach and palapa situation. The palapa’s are being crammed in to fit more in. It’s almost like you have no privacy.

Great family vacation!
Amazing family hotel! Great pools, beautiful not crowded beach, and great, easy food options spanning fancy restaurants to casual places to pick up coffee and yogurt. Love that the hotel felt easy to navigate and big enough to be luxurious but everything was close and accessible. Excellent choice!
