All the staff are very good at their jobs.
Leonardo and Alberto at Sunan restaurant was very friendly and efficient. I also witnessed the staff revive a person who choked on their food. They saved his life.

Nice resort, good people
Wonderful girls trip! The staff here is incredible. Karla on events, Humberto at the mexcal taqueria, and Connie from the Waldorf spa made our entire trip. Their attention and care made us feel so welcome and excited. The pools were amazing and the entire resort is beautiful. Definitely a great value. 4 stars for a few inconveniences: we didn’t have towels in our room and never got any when we called the front desk on our first night, and the room service food wasn’t very good—steer clear. But minor when considering the entirety of our stay.

Not a Must-Visit, But Worth Trying If You Want Something New in Cancun
I visited the Hilton Cancun All Inclusive Resort this past June. The drive from Cancun Airport to the hotel took about 40 minutes. One thing to note is that after confirming your reservation at the entrance, it takes another 10 minutes or so by car to actually reach the hotel itself. I had a three-night reservation and checked in around 1:40 PM. There was no wait, and I was able to go straight to my room. My room was on the first floor with a resort view. There were chairs and a table on the terrace, as well as a small tub, but it wasn’t very comfortable since people walking by could easily see in. Most of the important facilities are conveniently located on the first floor, where the front desk is. The front desk is immediately to the left as you enter the resort (it’s smaller than expected, with about three staff members). To the right of the desk, there is a separate counter for restaurant reservations. On the opposite side, there’s a steakhouse, an Italian restaurant, and a café where you can grab coffee or bakery items. Next to the café, there are two coffee machines where you can make your own coffee, and baked goods are available for pickup. When I checked in on a Tuesday in mid-June, the children’s pool was not open, so only the main pool was available. As a result, it was very crowded and not very pleasant. The kids’ pool was filled and became available starting Thursday. The main pool had ongoing recreational activities and loud music playing through speakers. It may not be ideal for those seeking relaxation, but families or guests looking for a lively atmosphere will likely enjoy the programs. The pool is an infinity pool, and there are a reasonable number of parasols, but you need to be a bit proactive to secure a spot. Note that there’s no towel stand by the pool; towels are available near the entrance from the rooms, so don’t forget to pick one up on your way out. As for dining, the buffet restaurant had a limited selection and the food was not very tasty. The steakhouse was generally satisfying, but I wouldn’t recommend the Italian restaurant—the pizza crust was too thick, and the pasta was overly salty. Surprisingly, the room service food was quite decent. I also enjoyed the taqueria by the pool during the day. When staying at an all-inclusive hotel, I tend to visit the café or ice cream shop frequently. Here, the ice cream shop is located across from the kids’ club, which is inconveniently far from the rooms and pool. In the evenings, there are various performances at the theater near the kids’ club, so I recommend checking them out. Lastly, the fitness center is excellent, with modern machines and a good variety of programs such as yoga. Overall, the hotel was not bad, but if you don’t speak Spanish, communicating with staff in English can be a bit challenging. I was disappointed with the attitude of one front desk staff member (Ge****), but other staff members like Fredie and Sophia were very friendly.
