Had an amazing stay this week. We've stayed at a number of Hilton all inclusives and this one is probably our new favorite. One thing they did differently here is Seasalt was mostly serve yourself rather than sit down which allows a quicker lunch. The pool is large and the beach access is easy to get to. There were enough huts/chairs (early Dec) that we didn't have an issue finding a place. There are a ton of chairs around the pool area. The food is similar to the other Hilton locations. Same restaurants and the food is overall ok with a few standouts. Definitely recommend La Luce. Pizza is really good. Same with dessert and pasta. The service is amazing most everywhere. The beach was very clean with soft sand. Some seaweed in water but blue as can be. We will definitely return in the future. Good pickup with this resort, Hilton. A few thank you's... Winter family vacation :)
Loved our extended stay at Hilton mar caribe in Cancun for our family vacation! We enjoyed our premium ocean view room with extended balcony which was spacious and clean. The facilities were great and included multiple pools, play areas, and splash pads for kids. The evening shows were definitely entertaining and the whole resort was family friendly. We had consistently good service from the wait staff and room service and they did a great job each day. The food was excellent for an all inclusive resort which is not the norm ( and I've stayed at 3 other all inclusives in Cancun). The breakfast and lunch buffets were pretty solid with omelette, grill stations, etc. and tons of fresh salads and fruits and seafood options. Dinner options were also very good with various themed restaurants (Mexican, Italian, steak, and Asian). The Asian option Noriku was by far the best of the bunch. Drinks were also good quality with various cocktails with mid range liquors. We came the second week of December which was not super busy (per staff only at 60 percent capacity) so we had no waits for dinner or any of the amenities and pretty open pools. Overall we had a blast especially since it was a generally polished experience compared to other resorts I've been to like Iberostar,hotel Riu, Dreams, etc. This is my first visit to a Hilton all inclusive but it won't be my last. This place is definitely geared towards families with young children and older couples so if you want something a bit more loud I would recommend the Hard rock, Riu, etc.

Lobby Bartenders
The lobby bartenders (Ramses, Alejandro, and Miguel) at the resort were absolutely fantastic! Not only were the drinks great, but they kept us entertained the entire time with their fun energy and amazing personalities. They were engaging, welcoming, and always made the atmosphere lively. They truly made our experience unforgettable, we can’t say enough good things about them!

Ramses and Orlando are the best!
We loved everyone at the resort who made our vacation so special. Ramses and Orlando at the lobby bar were our favorites and went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time. We will be back, thanks for making our trip better than we expected!

Get your massage with veronica
Veronica was my masseuse. She was WONDERFUL! She provided great treatments and really made me feel comfortable and like a friend. We did bond through a crazy tsunami style storm during an ocean side massage—-even through the wind and rain she remained a professional. I would highly recommend her
