Aqua Strong Workouts
I did the Aqua Strong water workouts and they were challenging, but fun! Our instructor, Luis, was very encouraging and clearly has a passion for making his students feel comfortable and strong. My only recommendation would be that he needs a microphone because it can be hard to hear him with the music blasting in the speakers nearby.

Maria Fernanda Cabriales – Truly the Best Event Coordinator
We just returned from Hilton Mar Caribe Cancun, where we celebrated my parents’ 25th wedding anniversary, and I am so thankful for the incredible work of Maria Fernanda Cabriales, the Celebrations Manager. She is bubbly, professional, and absolutely perfect for the job. From day one to the day of the event, she was the person I worked with every step of the way, and I owe the amazing wedding to her. Maria Fernanda maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. From our first email exchange to the big day, she was always quick to respond and made us feel completely at ease. It honestly felt like she became part of our family. She made sure that every detail was covered, and we never once felt like we were in the dark about anything. On the day of the event, she walked us through every single step and showed us how much care went into planning. Every little detail was thought of, and she always checked in to make sure we were happy with everything. We let her creativity take the lead, and wow, everything flowed perfectly. It was honestly better than we could have imagined. The ceremony, the cocktail hour, the music, the pictures it was all flawless, and we owe it all to her. A big thank you as well to the wonderful team who worked throughout the ceremony the waiters, DJ, bartender, photographer, and priest. Every single one of you played a part in making this day perfect, and your hard work does not go unnoticed. You all made this celebration even more special. Maria Fernanda truly deserves a raise because she went above and beyond to make this experience incredible. If you’re planning a wedding or special event at Hilton Mar Caribe, don’t hesitate to reach out to her. She’s amazing, and we can’t stop raving about how wonderful she made our celebration. Maria Fernanda, thank you for making my parents' anniversary so special. You’re one in a million!

Almost perfection!
Back from a 1 week stay, family of 4 (2 adults + 2 teenagers) please note that we were Enclave. 20 minute max drive from the Airport ***IMPORTANT it is high season now for sargassum or seaweed, if you haven't booked and that is something that bothers you , then you should not book here around the hotel zone , during our stay, 3 days was pretty bad, no one swam , the other days was choppy meaning you could walk either side and there were some openings clear of seaweed. It will be a hit or miss as mother nature is unpredictable. When clear, ocean is very beautiful but strong waves most of the days. Minimum effort was done to clean, only early in the morning the truck passed to clear the beach and even at that it was not done properly, there was no stinky stench around our beach. Check in was a breeze, after check in go see the concierge and book all of your a la carte restaurants right away for the whole week (one of the perks being enclave) . IF NOT Enclave you could only book for the upcoming 2 days if any availability! Check out was a breeze also, make sure you go see the night before to make sure all charges to your room are legit, this way if any, you wont feel rushed to rectify them. FYI no issues for us , all was good. Room, we had ocean FRONT , comfy for 4, nice bathroom size, stocked fridge with water, sodas, juices, beer and chips. coffee maker in room, iron , umbrella, bath robes, slippers and amenities, remember this is enclave room, don't know if other rooms had same stuff. If not ocean front most rooms if not all of them have ocean VIEW, some with balconies and a few without, make sure before hand what type of room you booked. Food , people complaining about the food at this resort should not travel, it was very good, buffet was good, most of the nights it was Brazilian , waiters walking with steak skewers serving at your table or you had the buffet with plenty of choices, yes like any other buffets in every resort it could be repetitive but lots of choices. Steakhouse (lobby) we went twice, 1st time was perfect , second time minor glitch but nothing to cry about. Hibachi Japanese (6th floor) grill sitting at the table with the show, we went twice and both times was perfect. They also have a menu sit in if you don't want the hibachi table. Italian (6th floor) was good with an amazing view but out the 3 our least favorite, but food was good. Breakfast (by the pool) at the buffet you cant go wrong, lots of choices. At the pool for lunch , pizza was very good, and your usual's , burgers, fries, macaroni, chicken nuggets and all. If Enclave you have to go above the buffet called Chala bar for lunch , very good food off a menu but only for enclave members. Ice cream coffee shop with crepes was also very good open 24hrs had fruits, sandwiches and all. (lobby) Pools were very hot not refreshing (most hotels in Cancun during summer are the same) BUT very clean , no tiles missing nothing discusting floating . Kids section had a nice little water park . ANIMATION...during the day the staff was phenomenal, very entertaining and fun games for anyone willing or wanting to participate, its rare we participate but this time we did, awesome job guys. Night shows , wow that was very disappointing, like a 3* hotel, they have to do something to address that, silent disco was fun , Mexican show was ok , the 4th of July was amazing but that's once a year , we did not see the fire show because of the 4th , the rest was meh , Hilton you could do much better. Employees dealing with customers, English was not an issue, granted they are not all perfectly fluent but you understand each other pretty well. AMAZING staff working at this hotel , 95% were just awesome, and for the 5% well you have them in any workplace, don't dwell on them just go see or ask someone else. I was really impressed with the employees how fast and efficient they worked at the restaurants and around the resort with smiles on their faces. FYI no one got sick from our group during our stay, being at the Hilton Tulum last year , I have to say this Hilton was better with better food options and much more competent staff. Yes the seaweed is not in there control , but you don't want to dish out 10k for a family vacation to spend it at the pool , for those reasons we wont be returning here during the summer season. Let me know if this was helpful kind regards stud e

Shockingly bad— no where near Hilton standards
I’m a Diamond member who stays at Hilton properties regularly, and I can confidently say this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. 🍽 Food: Awful Getting a reservation at one of the à la carte restaurants is next to impossible unless you’re willing to eat at 10pm. That leaves the buffet, which is low-quality cafeteria-style food—think Golden Corral, but worse. Totally unacceptable for what they charge. 🛎 Check-In: A Total Mess Be prepared to sit in the lobby for over an hour. Staff kept lying to us—first saying “only one family ahead of you,” then “just two families now,” and on and on. It was chaotic and disorganized, with no priority for Diamond members. 🚫 Don’t Fall for the Enclave Upgrade It’s not worth the price, not remotely luxurious. Read the reviews—they’re right. 🙅♀️ Want Visitors? Good Luck My cousin, a local who lives in Cancún, tried to visit us and was treated like a criminal at the gate and external lobby. Security was rude, condescending, and refused to let her enter—even into the lobby with me. Hilton is so paranoid someone might sneak a drink or bite of food, they’ve turned hospitality into hostility. It was humiliating and deeply disrespectful. 💎 Diamond Member? Doesn’t Matter Here I mentioned my status to the front desk staff during our long check-in wait. The response? Laughter. No perks, no priority, no welcome—nothing. 🚽 Room: Mixed Bag Our suite was spacious and modern, but the toilet wouldn’t flush. We had to call maintenance three times. That’s not five-star, that’s Motel 6 with marble countertops. ❌ Bottom Line This hotel is nowhere near Hilton standards. Subpar food, dismal service, disrespect toward guests and visitors, and an overall lack of care. You’re paying for the Hilton name, not the Hilton experience. Do not stay here. .
