We recently stayed at Hilton mar cribe after going through all the different resorts. Our stay was made smooth and joyful by the incredible service we received, especially from Alondra at the front desk and their welcoming desk. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism. We traveled with my mom and our 2 year old baby and it really helped was that they were attentive and detail-oriented. We had a few specific requests regarding our room, and without hesitation, she handled everything quickly and with a smile. She offered great suggestions for local restaurants What impressed me most was that throughout our stay, Alondra remembered our names and checked in with us whenever we passed through the lobby—small gestures that made a big impact. She clearly takes pride in her work and makes every guest feel like a priority. Thanks to her, our check-in was smooth, our stay was stress-free..The Hilton is lucky to have someone like Alondra representing them. If you’re staying here, know you’re in excellent hands with her at the front desk. Highly recommend!

Great time in Cancun
Buffet restaurant was very good! The chocolate croissants were my favourite Rain was very fun to be around and kept us entertained the whole time! Staff was very helpful. Wishing we could have stayed longer. Maybe not May next time it’s hot 30-32 everyday

Wonderful Property and Staff
The property was so wonderful! Santiago in the restaurant and Aldo in entertainment were fantastic! Alondra at the front desk was so helpful and fantastic! We love this property and will come back! Ramses at the lobby bar provides great service.

Excellent Spa!! that is it for excellent This is our second year in a row visiting the Mar Caribe Last year was good. This year was beyond terrible, I was served rotten fish at their Mexican restaurant and was sick for 48 hours, never again!!!!

Outstanding trip to Hilton Mar Caribe
We came here to celebrate our daughter's birthday and had an outstanding experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay and her birthday celebration extra special. Irving at the Enclave bar, helped us to setup a special dinner and even had a cake sent with her name on it. He remembered our daughter every time they met and made her feel extra special with either a special mocktail or even a balloon animal! Leon, Rain, Aldo, Christian and the rest of the entertainment staff kept the energy going every day and night. They were amazing! We will return again very soon. Thank you for everything!!
