I’ve just stayed at Hilton Cartagena and it is, without a doubt, the most wonderful resort !I would like to especially thank to Valentina manager at the front desk — she is an incredibly responsive and professional person, always ready to help and share valuable information.I also want to highlight the VIP Lounge, with its fantastic drinks and impeccable service.A huge thank you to the entire Hilton Santa Marta team! Victoria - Awesome Experience😊
My experience at the hotel was awesome. Staff were very pleasant and responded to all request for help quickly. There were 8 family members in my party and we had a blast. My room was clean, I loved the open door shower, and the complimentary bottles of water. Also, the popcorn and cotton candy was such a welcomed treat. My grandson had a ball. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and other family members looking to travel to Cartagena.

I came with a big group for a getaway trip. This hotel accommodated over 500 people in the group. Rooms were nice, comfortable beds and spacious. The shower just didn't have a door, so we had to be careful during showers. The mini fridge was small, but it did keep things cool. Breakfast was decent. I love the options of restaurants and shops in the hotel as well. The staff were great and welcoming for such a large group.

Food is very bad and expensive for what it is, the pool was very very dirty, my kid of 9 years old had a disease (otitis) because the pool, the service of clean the rooms are not good. The hotel has to improve food and clean otherwise will lose too many guest.

Don't come here. I booked a corner room with terrace, but when I arrived it wasn't ready and the manager lied to me and told me to take a considerably worse room than what I paid for. That was how the nightmare started. After three hours, we got the room, with someone else's pubic hairs covering the bathroom Weak air conditioner. Poor restaurant. Bad management. Hugely overpriced, at $355 US a night GO ELSEWHERE
