Good value for the money but…
Booked through a 3rd party, requested adjoining rooms and advised them of late arrival. When we arrived we were told because of late arrival they couldn’t accommodate adjoining rooms…???. We were assigned one room that hadn’t been made up and had to lug our luggage back down to the front desk and back up again. But cleanliness is bang on and they do allow you an amenities key for use of the pool area if you have a late flight so that does make up for the room issue. Location=100% Elevators=100% Bell Staff=100% Front counter staff- some can be grumpy. Great hotel for the price otherwise would stay again.

Great Location for shopping, buses and pink trolley
This is second time we have stayed at this hotel, do not expect to get your room early, if you pay $40 your room can be ready early which l find a bit of a money grab, either a room is available or not! Location is great for catching bus and pink trolley. International Market place with Target is across the road and there is lots of shops nearby. To get to beach you have to walk through International market place cross the road the walk past shops to the Waikiki main beach. So not really close if you want to spend your days on the beach. To get beach chairs you have to go to another hotel which is not really convenient either. Rooms serviced daily. Our room was good but the bathroom was enormous and the only tap and sink was in the bathroom/toilet, the kettle is in the bathroom so you have to be okay with only having a tap and sink in your bathroom. King bed was comfy but sofa bed not so comfy. Because hotel is on busy street you do get noise from the street. Like most hotels in Waikiki you are charged resort fees.

All staff are friendly and helpful. Misaki and Angel are super efficient at the restaurant. Josie and front desk staff provide good support when needed. Currently on the third night of five days stay.
