Juan was an outstanding server during our stay at Barrett’s Coastal Tavern inside Embassy Suites. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made our experience even better. He checked in at just the right times, remembered details, and made us feel well taken care of. Embassy Suites is lucky to have him—thank you, Juan! I had a great experience with Patrick at Embassy Suites. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the Hilton Resort property program, answering my questions thoroughly and clearly. His professionalism and willingness to help really stood out and added value to my stay.

Thank You Hilton LAX!
This review is a little bit over due, but I have to give this Hilton hotel 5 stars! From the shuttle driver to the front desk registration to the room, everything was smooth and comfortable. After a 5 hour flight to LAX on Monday, Jan 5th, my travel companion and I were able to catch a free shuttle service - maybe 10 minutes to the Hilton LAX. The driver, whose name I do not know, was extremely kind, professional, and loaded & unloaded our bags - 2 large & heavy suitcases, 1 carry-on size suitcase, 2 backpacks, 1 dog travel crate. He's a keeper and a wonderful Hilton representative. At check in, Kirsten, an absolute gem, welcomed us warmly. I cannot say enough about her professional acumen - she was genuine in her greeting and took the time to find us the "best" room for access to the "garden" relief area because we were traveling with our dog. A definite 5-star Hilton representative. The room itself was well appointed and quiet. The bed - extremely comfortable - had down pillows. Ahhh - a great night's sleep! The bathroom was clean and had all the needed toiletries. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Satisfactory and beyond!
Top notch experience!! All the way from the check in to the valet to the restaurant & maids, shuttle service and security!! Especially a big shout out to security officer Yamarie! She is so precise and very organized and timely efficient! She runs a very organized ship and helped us seamlessly with the lost & found process. We appreciate her and all of the staff @ Hilton LAX. Fantastic Security Response – Quick and Professional!
I lost a piece of jewelry during my visit and immediately reported it to security. They were absolutely on top of the situation! Within an hour, Security Officer Yamarie contacted me to let me know they had found it. Unfortunately, I was already at the airport, but they went above and beyond by offering to mail it to me. Exceptional service and professionalism—thank you, Yamarie and the security team!

Each floor and phase of the project will be tackled discreetly to minimize disruption to the Guest experience.
