Great conference venue
We stayed for one night for our Annual Dermatology Consultants course. The hotel staff were fabulous, helpful and efficient. It was a lot of us to organise and deal with at pressure points throughout the conference but they all did a great job. The conference meal was delicious. We were lucky enough to be looked after by Daniel at the dinner who was memorable because he introduced himself at the start and checked each persons food preferences/allergies etc, and we very attentive ensuring we had a good top up of wine! Much appreciated! Thank you!

We stayed for two nights in November. The location is convenient for parking & exploring. The check in was incredibly slow (20 mins +). The team were friendly. Upon arriving to our room we were quick to realise it was not the room type we’d booked plus the room had not been thoroughly cleaned (the bins were full). The reception team were quick to rectify. The spa & breakfast facilities are very good. We enjoyed our stay & would recommend.

Big hotel, good position bit pricey
Check in was slow and they were pushing us to reserve a table on the roof that day, we were on the 7th floor and the lifts are super quick, they only had rooms with twin beds and the room was ok except it was a little bit dated in the bathroom and I could only get boiling hot water into the bathroom, at 5am we were woken by an alarm coming from a little black box at the side of the bed it had no display or anything on it and I managed to somehow turn it off only for it to go off again 5 minutes later so this must of been set by the previous guest. The breakfast was really good and in the evening the bar was ok but a bit on the cold side, medium pino Grigio was £10+ £320 it cost for the night with breakfast, my wife loved the pool, the location of this hotel is good walking around the shops and bars, we used the NCP car park over the road which is £33 for 24 hours and we got 30% discount off this for being guests, the Christmas decorations were good

We found the room to be dated and a bit run down. The bed was small, an oversized TV, a small mirror at the desk but poor lighting, no sockets by the bed or by the floor length mirror and a strange bathroom layout. There was a constant buzzing in the room which was irritating when trying to sleep. Dinner wasn't great but breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. We didn't use any of the other facilities. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
