    Nice hotel, with a nice spa

    Nice hotel, rooms are clean and well sized. The hotel also has a nice spa, with a pool, jacuzzi and good showers. I will stay here again.

    There are better hotels near by

    Hi, there are better places to stay for a better/similar price, not only this but I had realised soon after my stay that the bedsheets gave me a rash on my inner thigh, and on my back. Was a bit disappointed considering the cost and it’s popularity.

    Hey Guys !

    Hilton stays the Hilton but for a birthday to celebrate I asked for a room in the high level and I received the 6 floor just 2 bottles of water in the mini fridge and a purple ballon on the table. In France we would have received small cakes and champagne 🍾 in the fridge. The breakfast was ok generous. The staff was ok. Hey Guys told us one of them. I paid 50 pounds in more and no touch of welcoming. I am not completely satisfied.And for the futur, rooms should Be refreshed a few. Otherwise, all is ok 👍

    Very good waitress staff

    I was here in June for a RSC trip and the staff were very good, especially Gordon and Danny from the waitress staff they had a very welcoming and positive atmosphere and made me and my friends feel very welcomed as they learned our names and took time to build a formal connection with us that was highly appreciated. They made our stay ten times better.

    Lovely sunrise over Manchester.

    Very comfortable room including the bed. Clean. Breakfast was delicious and staff helpful. Nice sized bath to relax in with good quality products. The full length glass wall over looking Manchester was a treat to watch the sun go down and rise again.
