Location was great! walking access to trains and subway . Subway is super easy yo use and felt safe . Great restaurants close to it . Great service in hotel .

What I liked most about our two-night stay at Hilton Milan Central was the wonderful staff who made our breakfast experience truly enjoyable. I forgot their names, but they were lovely ladies and gentlemen — from the chefs preparing our omelettes, to the baristas crafting our coffees, to the servers engaging with us so warmly. Their genuine passion for what they do truly shines through. It’s people like them who make a stay more meaningful and unforgettable. We’ve stayed in many hotels during our travels across Europe, but we especially appreciated the exceptional hospitality we received during our short stay here. I would like to commend the Food & Beverage Breakfast team at Hilton Milan Central for exemplifying what true Hilton hospitality is all about.

Hour to get here from Milpensa Airport MXP. 130 euros. Breakfast was nothing special. Check in was nice. The staff are pleasant as always. I got a room on 7th floor. The issue is they are renovating rooms on floors 8 & 9. It’s impossible for pilots and crew to nap. Like annoying loudness. Stone work. Penetrating your skull. I called the duty manager and nothing could be done. No points were offered.

Fantastic location in Milano
Had a nice and comfortable stay at the Hilton Milano while on business in the city. It's in a great location - only a couple of hundred metres from the Central Station, and easily walkable into the centre of the city. The rooms are comfortable, it has a well appointed gym, staff were all friendly and helpful throughout, the food options were good. Reasonably priced compared to other like for like hotels in the city. Would recommended for business or holiday travel and look forward to coming back again. Would rate it 4.5 if I could

5 stars except during hot weather.
Our group of travelers started off our two-plus weeks in Europe with a short stay in Milan. My wife and I are Diamond members, so we were happy to find a Hilton in such a convenient location. In part because we were coordinating seven rooms, my wife and I messaged the hotel before our stay, and the hotel staff was very helpful. Once we checked in, we found out that everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English. We were disappointed in the quality of the upgraded room we received as Diamond members. The room had a comfortable bed, Hilton-quality sheets/duvet, and good pillows. The room was quiet, and we didn't hear our neighbors. Unfortunately, the one negative, and it was a problem, was that the room thermostat was “set” at an uncomfortable temperature. Despite having two portable fans, we were never able to get the room to a comfortable level. In the hotel’s defense, it was August and unseasonably warm. As a Diamond member, the breakfast buffet is included in the room rate, and it was of excellent quality, served by friendly staff who were efficient. The Executive Lounge was being renovated, so it is currently located on the first floor, adjacent to the restaurant. We were underwhelmed. The station for taking a train or catching the Metro is a very short walk, just a long block away. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We dined at a restaurant recommended by the restaurant, and it was very good.
