We had a good time. Every single person I spoke to in the hotel from the front of the house to the back of the house staff were kind, knowledgeable, and approachable. Rooms were decent. Over all I can’t complain.

Great conversation
I met Kim at the front door (Security) and Lawrence (Bell desk) and they were both friendly and helpful. Kim was especially friendly. We had a delightful conversation about how good it is to work for Hilton. I was impressed.

Fantastic Stay!
We had a fantastic time at the Hilton Riverside! The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and modern and the staff were all so helpful, kind and friendly, especially Trinity at the front desk and Derek O at the bell desk. We would definitely stay there again. They also sent up a complimentary King Cake for my daughter’s 13th birthday. Highly recommend!!

Overall great experience
Hilton Riverside—My visit started off kind of stressful. I left my phone in the Uber. All my information is in that phone. Reine was so kind and patient in trying to help me, but I was so stressed out that I couldn’t even think of my passwords. She was very supportive in trying to calm and reassure me. Finally, the driver answered my phone and I was able to get it back. After that, our visit was wonderful. Thanks Reine!!! You rock
