    Best experience

This place is absolutely stunning! The amenities, food, staff and sites are the best! Giorgio was very helpful when ordering food! Disney Springs is right across the street. In the middle of everything that’s a must see. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Incompetent staff at this Hilton. Stay somewhere else

I wrote an earlier review but this hotel is so incompetent. We have 4 nights here and our room has been cleaned once. Today they came at 530. I asked them to come back in 30 minutes. We walk into a dirty room at 830. What else would I expect from this mismanaged hotel. We stayed from Sunday to Thursday and we got one cleaning on the Tuesday. I called the front desk manager send us some garbage bags. It's been 30 minutes and no bags. You would think it could be a small priority. Will i get them... probably not. Don't tell the managers what you need. They won't help you. I guess having your room cleaned everyday is too much for this staff.

    Pleasantly Surprised

Stayed 3 nights in advance of a work conference. After reading both the TripAdvisor and Google reviews about this property, I wasn't expecting much from our stay. However, I was very pleasantly surprised - this Hilton property exceeded both of our expectations. Had a king room on the 25th floor with a view on the back side of the property overlooking the lake. The room was clean, nicely appointed, and had a great balcony to sit out on. The staff was very attentive, even reaching out via phone to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Only complaint was how thin the doors are. I'm a heavy sleeper, but I heard EVERY SINGLE conversation & door closing coming from the hallways in the mornings. (The walls seem fine - I never heard anyone talking on either side of us. But the doors are so thin, you could hear everything going on in the hallway.) The common areas are very clean and nicely decorated. There is a fantastic fitness room, a great grab & go shop (perfect for morning coffee), and an onsite sit-down restaurant (Letterpress)...all located on the 1st floor. We ate at Letterpress for dinner 1 evening and it was delicious. We did visit the "sports bar" Blue on the lower level....the 1st night of our arrival, but it was after 11pm and the music was so loud we couldn't talk to each other...so we left. I'm sure it serves as a great "after hours" hang out spot for many though. The pool area is gorgeous and heated! Plenty of pool seating everywhere you looked. Loved floating around the lazy river. The 1 single hot tub was often crowded, but enjoyed that as well. (Wish they had a 2nd hot tub.) The pool bar (Shades) is awesome and has everything you need to spend a day by the pool. We had food from Shades and it pricey, but terrific quality. Try the fish tacos! Th pool bar staff was impeccable and very attentive. There's also a great "green area" immediately next to the outside bar/restaurant....with cornhole games set up and an area to just hang out. The lobby bar (Sunnies) was LOUD, but lively. We enjoyed a happy hour cocktail here on a couple evenings. I saw reviews of people in the rooms surrounding the lobby complaining about the noise. I can 100% see why. Every single sound just echoed off the lobby walls. Only silver lining here is, it closes down around 11pm. DISNEY SPRINGS: This property was a 5-10 minute walk into Disney Springs (just follow the signs & walkways while on the property). When you get out to the street, turn LEFT...& head toward the covered overpass. Those with mobility issues will find flat sidewalks to get you there, and elevators at the overpass to get you up and down into Disney Springs. Overall - this is a clean and beautiful Hilton property with great staff. There is a lot to offer for both adults and families alike. It's pricey, but it's proximity to Disney Springs makes it a great alternative to staying at a Disney property. The room doors are thin, which allows a bit of noise in from the common areas. However, in my opinion, the pros here... far outweigh the cons. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Orlando. BONUS: If you are not here for the Disney experience, many of the guests are in the parks (or in convention meetings) during the day, so there isn't much of a crowd at the pool area. Take advantage of it!

    Absolutely Terrible hotel

What a terrible hotel! The rooms are outdated. Additionally, the room I was given had a door facing the lobby. There is a bar in there and the noise carries into the room. Zero quiet all through the night! The walls are also paper thin. When I called to complain, I was basically laughed at by the front desk. I asked for a new room and they couldn't help me. Would never go back here on my own free will.

    I love the hilton

Mario the guest ambassador was the best, for our 4 day stay we had the best experience I had ever had at a hotel. There is so much to do and options. I love how they have shuttles to all Disney parks and the drivers are the best. If you’re thinking of coming here DO IT!
