    The greatest Hilton!

Our favorite Hilton in Orlando, both for business and family vacation. Management and entire staff are like family to us. There’s not enough space or enough words to share the appreciation of this property for their hospitality, kindness, and customer service.

We slept peacefully & enjoyed our stay. We will return! We have business in Orlando.

We had a very comfortable stay! Our bed was perfect & the pillow outstanding! We were greeted very professionally by Bailey/ Hilton Grand Vacations. She very politely informed us of getting started with our vacation package. Which we purchased. We will be using to return to Orlando.. Thank you Bailey

    Overall a great hotel!

We just stayed here for a week for a dance convention. We had a 2 bedroom suite in the Island building. The suites were nice and clean and we enjoyed having the extra space. They were also very close to the pool and Disney Springs. A few minute walk to the main building and convention center but we appreciated the covered walkway as we got caught in the rain several times! My only con for the room is that we got a lot of noise from live music at Disney Springs at night. Food - we did the breakfast buffet at Letterpress twice. Brenda, Maureen and Joan are absolute gems and made our morning! Was a little pricey but the selection was good! We ordered some poolside food from Shades once - service was quick and food was delicious! Especially loved the quesadillas. We ate most of our breakfast and lunch at Citrus 28 due to the dance schedule. The food was good and I enjoyed being able to get Starbucks coffee there. However, they often seemed understaffed - one register open with a line of 15-20 people. We got ice cream twice and the person taking your order at the register also had to then go scoop your ice cream order which seemed really inefficient. Everyone at the dance convention had a lunch break at 10:45 but they didn't serve lunch items until 11:00 - knowing that, it would have been nice if they adjusted the time knowing there'd be hundreds of people needing food at the same time. They just didn't seem really prepared for the amount of people needing food that week. Cons - we had an issue with our safe not opening to get our things out. We stopped by the front desk and they said they'd send someone right up. After an hour, no one came so I called and was again told someone would be right up. Another half hour went by and had to make a 3rd, less nice, phone call to the front desk. Overall, it took almost 2.5 hours for us to be able to get our things out which really put a damper on our night. They kept the convention center FREEZING COLD. I had to buy a sweatshirt, bring a blanket down and still was actually shivering. It would be nice to have more water bottle refill stations around the property. We found one all the way over in the convention center and the water was warm and the ice maker on our floor was broken the whole week we were there. It'd be nice to have some in the lobby or island building. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here - the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is huge and the lazy river was fun (though the water was cold even in July and one day we could never find a seat at the pool). Several good food choices on site. And we loved being able to cross right over to Disney Springs! We would definitely consider staying here again.
