We had a good time. Few mechanical glitches, but solved quickly. Shout out to all the staff - very friendly and knowledgeable and lucky for us, spoke English - thank you!!!! Special thanks to : Emma , Aida and Alejandra in the Seafire buffet. Melanie at dinner reservation desk. Octavio who checked us in upon arrival. You all made our stay very enjoyable.

We loved our stay!!! We had a hacienda with a swim out pool and it was just so awesome. The food at the resort was very good, even the buffet had lots of options! The pools had a ledge so you can sit and relax which was a great feature. The service though is what really would make me come back here-around the pool, the waiters were so attentive and we had a drink every 5 minutes! So fast and efficient-Antonio was our main waiter and he was the best!! The service at the restaurants was also amazing-my only gripe? The pillows were not very comfy. But that’s literally it!!! And the hacienda side was adults only so it was a very nice relaxing trip for my husband and I! Would definitely come back here!

Miguel and Manuel gave excellent service. They were the saving grace of this resort. No major concerns, but a pile of minor inconveniences and issues that add up to a disappointing experience. Fortunately, the service at El Buffet was second to none and Miguel made the experience unforgettable.

Haciendas at Crystal Grande
We had excellent service starting with Elizabeth at the concierge desk and with the team of Manuel, Miguel, Luis and Marissa at the breakfast cafe. Antonio provided excellent bar service by the pool. The area around the pool was clean and quiet except for the leaf blowing….an electric blower would have been much quieter than the gas powered one used. We found the food and service at the Mexican a-la-carte very good until there was a crew change, then not so good. The buffets were ok but food was not as hot as we are used to. Overall, it was one of our best vacations. The personal service made it special. We plan to return.

Pool service awesome.
Alexis was excellent, the pool service I received from him was above and beyond. I WISH I had more employees like him working for me. I would recommend this hotel to anyone because let’s be real, we all spend more time in the pools than anything at these all inclusive resorts. Keep up the effort!
