Not ADA Accommodating Place
The facility is pleasant enough, however when it comes to accessibility they are not accommodating. The simple request for a bar stool chair in our room as low seating isn’t an option due to a muscular disability, I am unable to rise up without physically being lifted. Previous Hiltons we’ve stayed have always accommodated us. A poolside tall chair or one from the bar. Never been an issue.

Our expectations were exceeded
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Having never done an all inclusive, I was unsure what to expect. We opted for the Enclave experience and it was worth every penny. We wanted to do nothing but relax by the pool and that we did. We got to stay in the first building which was nice as we were only a very short walk to the beach and main building where the restaurants and entertainment were. We had a wonderful butler who took the liberty of making all our reservations which was so nice to not have to even think. The food in each restaurant was top tier. You can see the care taken with each meals preparation and presentation (and of course, taste). The biggest perk of our stay was our pool side server, Daniel. I cannot say enough how he truly made our stay! Our drinks and bellies were always full and nothing was ever too much to ask of him. I hope the Hilton realizes what a phenomenal employee he is-he truly made our stay beyond perfect. If you are considering staying here; do it!!! I am so beyond satisfied with our stay. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff for providing us a truly relaxing vacation.

A Profoundly Disappointing Experience
This stay fell dramatically short of the standards expected from a property marketed as a five-star Hilton resort. I arrived a little after 1:00 PM after more than 10 hours of travel with a confirmed reservation. I was informed my room was not ready and asked to wait, which I initially accepted. After approximately two hours, I was then told there were no rooms available at all, despite my confirmed booking. I was repeatedly pressured to accept a room I did not reserve or pay for, followed by further statements that nothing else was available. Only after I clearly stated that I would be contacting Hilton directly to escalate the matter did the narrative change. At that point, I was informed that a suite was available — for an additional $600. Given the circumstances and the amount of time already lost, I reluctantly agreed. Even then, the suite was not ready, and I waited an additional three hours. I arrived shortly after 1:00 PM and was not checked into a room until just after 6:00 PM — a total wait of five hours. This is unacceptable by any standard, let alone at a luxury resort. While managers Joel and Judith were polite, meaningful assistance only occurred after I became visibly upset. Guests should not have to escalate emotionally to receive basic accountability or service, particularly at this price point. Unfortunately, the dining experience mirrored the disorganization of the front desk. The steakhouse was extremely poor. The steak served was paper-thin and extremely tough, and the “blackened” fish arrived nearly raw. When concerns were raised and alternative options requested, the waiter failed to return. I ultimately ate cheesecake for dinner. Although the property itself is visually beautiful, aesthetics do not compensate for mismanagement, poor service execution, and lack of transparency. I spent nearly $3,000 for three nights, and the value delivered did not come close to justifying the cost. This experience was frustrating, exhausting, and deeply disappointing. Based on my stay, this resort does not meet the standards associated with the Hilton brand or a five-star designation.
