Nov 27, 2025It wasn't what I expected
I would only recommend this hotel if you want to relax, as it's very quiet and boring. The buffet has no variety and is very small. There was never any staff at the bars to serve me; I had to find someone to get me a drink. We were given incorrect information about the late-night snack hours and missed it because of it. The next night, they served empty nachos, and when I asked about the cheese or dip, they told me the kitchen staff had already left (during the late-night snack hours). It seems they just put food there to get rid of you. The television is old and didn't have a Fire TV to watch Netflix or any other streaming service. It only showed regular TV programs, and to entertain tourists without any nightly shows or anything, they should at least have that. The mini-fridge only had two bottles of water, not a single soda or anything. The room only has one electrical outlet, so if two people are staying, the other has to charge their phone outside the room. There's no jacuzzi, not even in the main pool. They offer activities like target shooting, but they're not available. Our stay was very boring. They don't have a beach, although they have transportation to take you there; you're subject to their schedule. On the positive side, the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly.

Service excelent! Hotel excelent! Amiga and amigo excelento hancel Helen Yamilca Ivelice. Food and drinks are perfect. People are very polite, room service perfect! Nice and pozitive people and nice music.

Hodelpa Juan Dolio stay
I was referred to the location by a friend and associate. I travel routinely and occasionally need accommodations near the airport. I spent two days there and had a great time in addition to given great attention to ensure I was comfortable and had everything that I needed to be comfortable . I will return there on my subsequent visits and recommend it to others. I also found it helpful that much of the staff is bilingual and outgoing in making my stay enjoyable, from the dining experience and service from Yamika to the the bellmen and other hospitality staff.
