Veronica was the best!!!! Her smile and kind words were the best. She was so accommodating! We celebrated a birthday and Veronica sang with us.

Can’t wait to come back!
The holiday inn is a great hotel to stay at. The staff is very nice and accommodation. Our waitress Louise at the Beach Bar was amazing! If you’re staying here ask for Louise. Can’t wait to come back!

Caring
During our trip, we were temporarily unable to locate my elderly father, which was an understandably frightening experience. Bertha Velasquez, our exceptionally caring and compassionate housekeeper, went far beyond her normal duties to assist me. Her calm, reassuring demeanor helped me to also remain calm and she stayed by my side, understanding my obvious worry, until we were able to find him. I am incredibly grateful for her kindness and genuine concern. She is truly an asset to your team.

Love the Hoilday inn Aruba
Love staying at this resort. Maria at front desk was wonderful very helpful. Adriana Ponce did a wonderful job clean my room. Can't wait to return.
