You want to pay a ridiculous price for a room? You got it! Yes, breakfast is nice, staff were pleasant but I have been all over Colombia and paid 1/3 the price for way nicer rooms. You don't spend much time in your room other than to sleep on vacation right? So why pay so much? It would be nice that when they do clean they make sure to give you towels, soap and TOILET PAPER. Note- No hair dryer.

My partner and I made an online reservation, at moment to arrive the receptionist could not find an available room. they did not give us a solution. Also, they did not give us back our money. The worst expierencie in that magical city.

Feb 08, 2020Misleading amenities, very loud
Like many other travellers, I agree that the staff at the hotel are very friendly. However, the information on the hotelʻs website and on common booking websites is frankly wrong and they do not offer many of the advertised amenities. For example, the hotel states that it offers laundry services. They do not (surcharge or no). If you want to do laundry, you must go to a Laundromat. Similarly, the website says the hotel has a bar/lounge area and outdoor dining. After being here for a week (I did not chose this hotel, it was booked for me by my employer), I have seen no evidence of either. Other things to be a aware of include the lack of windows in rooms, no insulation against noise making it hard to sleep, and very limited breakfast hours (8-10am). They are also very inflexible. I arrived after 20 hours of flying and hoped to check in early. My hosts had also tried for over a day to see if a room could be prepared in advance. Check in is at 3pm. I only received my room at 3:15pm and that was after begging for it (I had been waiting at that point for 5 hours). There are only 9 rooms and it seems incredible that no efforts could have been made to let me into my room early.

Staff were good, not much else was
We initially were put in a first floor room in a separate annexe off the street, this was one of three rooms in what was a flat advertised for rent.The wardrobe was shabby, no shelving, mildew on the shower ceiling, many of the facilities advertised were not provided. Every time we came back we had to go to the reception to get the receptionist to come out in the street and open the annexe door. Then we had to go up and open the flat door before getting to our room door. We moved to a better room in the main hotel after one night in the annexe and complaining to the hotel. The hotel ground floor rooms face the reception desk and breakfast is served in the area in front of the rooms, so it was also disturbing due to the noise naturally generated from this setup. The staff did their best to accommodate us, our thanks go to them.

Basic Clean hotel
This a basic and good ubication hotel with none facilities, you get a clean room, bathroom, modern or not old installation but with any views. They can offer you a basic breakfast but still they don’t even have a dinner room, you only get small tables in the common area.
