Stay away from this hotel! They’ll rip you off! We stayed three nights where they quoted us a set price, on the third night they raised the price saying that their credit card scanner wasn’t working. They harassed us for cash and we had no choice but to pay the higher price if we wanted to check out. Beware of the guy at the hotel. He states that he’s the manager but he’s only there to rip you off! When we finally paid again for the room the same guy would not allow us to load our luggage into our cab until they verified that we paid what they were demanding. There’s no accountability because the young girls at the front desk are clueless and the owner is non existent! We disputed the charges with our bank but the hotel changes their account name with some mysterious site seeing company so are out 200 dollars!!

Super louf
The hotel itself is ok but next door is a super loud club, there was music until 5am. I would recommend to sleep somewhere else if you Plan to have a quiet night. Otherwise staff is friendly, and the room is functional.

Hotel was very nice. The customer service was good, the front desk are always there in case you happen to need something. The rooms were very clean. However, they don't provide you with enough towels, must bring your own. And the bathroom drained smell during the night I don't know if it's the type of sewer system in the area or it was the hotel. Also the pool closes at 8pm so if you want to go swim a little later than that you can't. You can be as loud as you want they don't say nothing. I went with a group of 20 year olds and we had a blast. There's a club and a bar right next to hotel so it's perfect to go and spend the nights there and don't worry about calling a cab. The closest beach is a 7 min walk but you can't really swim in that beach because the ties are really strong. However, the other beaches are 10 min away in a taxi. In my opinion the price is good for what type of service you get.

Great service, clean and attentive in a none pretentious way. The swimming pool was quite with not so many people there interrupting. The beach club was very accessible thanks to their transportation to and from the beach. Excellent food and atmosphere for a great price.

Noisiest hotel in town
The hotel is clean, confortable, and reasonably priced. But it has a major inconvenience: it is located next to the popular "La Papaya" nightclub. La papaya has disco-powered loudspeakers, playing lively dance tunes all night long. All this located in a open air veranda, barely 15 meters away from the hotel premises. Needless to say, sleeping is impossible. Worse of all, hotel management neither announce this or take liability. Until the nightclub shuts this irregular business, this hotel is NOT an option to stay in otherwise beautiful Huatulco. Enjoy your trip, MarkusPolux
