We stayed five days in July ; we found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable; great price-to-quality ratio. Breakfast was included and was very good including fruit , eggs, bread , juice and coffee everyday plus an additional course that changed everyday. Staff was very kind and we had no problems whatsoever. Great location too! Walkable distance to the beach, restaurants and a 5 minute ride to downtown. Recommended!

Water was not working for the whole hotel and when it was supposedly fixed the shower still didn't work. To make it worse the pool was not open at night which is when people usually get back from excursions end and people want to go and relax in the pool. Finally the air conditioners were leaking and making the bed in the corner wet and moldy. Very bad experience would not recomend

Scammers! The owner or manager Ms. PEREZ has been unpleasantly fraudulent, we had 2 reservations we asked her to be in only 1 room and we agreed to pay only 1 night of the second reservation and then cancel it. she accepted and we left the room, finally she refused to refund us.

The most epic amazing experience
My first time in Cartagena I didn’t know what to expect, they treated me like a king , even gave me a birthday cake for my birthday! AndI had no problems with my guess, The food is excellent, and I am not staying nowhere else but this hotel my next trip everything is close and it’s not far from the clock tower.

Mar 08, 2020Nice hotel but NO Hot Water in room
Was a nice stylish boutique hotel but service was strange and mostly unfriendly. The grounds were nice and location is in the bocagrande area which is a taxi ride away from the main walled city historical center area. beaches nearby are decent but constantly being hassled by peddlers. The main issue I had was that the room had NO hot water in the shower, even after waiting 10 minutes (the staff told me to wait 5 minutes).
