The hotel was in remodeling phase with steps that were broken the rooms are small with exposed wall outlets and exposed lighting fixture's wifi only in the lobby and not on every floor the people were very friendly

Realmente un desastre las instalaciones, malos los colchones, toallas de baño no existen, sólo te proporcionan de mano, papel higiénico hubo los primeros días, luego compramos, el desayuno malo, compramos para incluir, la habitación con un aire acondicionado que goteaba y hacía un gran charco en la habitación, noc hay sillas ni lugar para sentarse salvo las camas, tampoco tiene agua caliente, ni tapa de inodoro, soy asidua viajera a distintas partes del mundo y es la primera vez que tengo una experiencia tan mala, los trabajadores del lugar fue lo rescatable, según nos han dicho los taxistas y otros medios de locomoción nos dijeron : Uds están aquí? si este edificio tiene peligro de derrumbe, espero les sirva a otros viajeros, una pena la agencia de viajes que nos vendió el paquete

Es un buen hotel , la atención del personal es muy muy buena , está bien ubicado ,tiene exelente vista sería bueno que se empeñaran por recuperarlo ya que hay pisos que no se usan se está perdiendo mucho dinero al tener la infraestructura de unos pisos mala .

Good but not for first timers in the city
The breakfast is very limited food, and the rooms are big but with low decoration and the blankets looked very old traditional. the air conditioner was working great, most of the light bulbs were not working and the doors doesn't close well.

A Total Dump - Avoid at All Costs!
I only stayed here because a friend had an apartment there, a remnant of the times when it was a time-sharing enterprise. Apparently it went bankrupt so it now works as a VERY low-class hotel, with apartments being occupied by any number of, well, domestic "tourists" whose level of education leaves a lot to be desired - youngsters screaming their heads off around the place all the time. The whole building looks as if it´s falling apart, and although front desk is nice and friendly, nothing would justify a bona fide traveller staying in there. There are many, many options around - do avoid this one!
