i stayed here before with direct booking , i LIKE THE LOCATION verry much. The hotel looks nice and owner is nice to . NOW THE BAD THINGS : showers are still not clean ( hair from previus visitors , at least 2 times ) and breakfast is really small and TERIBLLE TO EAT ( all diferend ones ) BIGEST problem : i booked and after an hour i get a sms they where over booked . To make a long storri short , i only get back 2/3 off my money and it took 2 weeks to get it , she lets me feel i am stupid and it is my problem not hurs .. NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN........

Mar 31, 2018Prone to be noisy but clean and efficient
We have stayed here a couple of times and found it to be a good stop in Managua. The pros: it's in a good location close to Metrocentro shopping centre and to some local supermarkets. It's clean and tidy, has a communal kitchen where you can cook and store groceries in the fridge, provides onsite filtered water, they can arrange reliable transport to the airport and bus stations for a price. The cons: other guests in the communal courtyard late at night make it a noisy evening if you're trying to get a good night's sleep, the price is a little high, and the breakfast is measured out to a tiny portion so don't expect to feel full.

safe and quiet
a nice location in the central city. the immediate area is safe and quite with restaurants easily in walking distance. The proprietor, Senorita Angeles, speaks excellent english and was helpful in arranging for a car and driver. Suggested some sites to visit. Very little english spoken in Managua. The lobby and breakfast area comfortable. Bathrooms could use an upgrade but overall more than satisfactory. i would stay here again.

This gem is located not too far from the big shopping center, on a quaint little street. We were welcomed by friendly service and the lovely little dog Cookie. The room was basic but clean - has a fan, a tv, a wardrobe, hit shower and free toiletries. Wifi was fast and they also serve breakfast. Would recommend to anyone.

Outstanding!
Everything!! This is a no luxurious place, but has everything you need, but the most, the people who works there!!! We stayed a night and a bit in a rush and we wanted to see everything. They arrange a taxi to take us from the hotel, give us a ride and then take us back. We got it at reasonable price but the most important was the taxi driver was so nice and you could talk to (political also). We forget our documentation and they kept it for a few days, so well looked after. 2 days later we went back and rediscover this place was giving lunch, with no second thought we eat there and again it was outstanding!!! The shower was really hot and powerfull!!! Without a doubt, having arrived from Costa Riva really disappointed they change my opinion about everything in Nicaragua!! 100% recommended! They know how to do an extra mile! Gracias
