Casa Lola was truly a one of a kind gem. The staff was warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The decor and ambiance were beyond our wildest expectations. Dining was a lovely event with excellent old world service and delicious meal options. The location gives easy access to local neighborhoods as well as the walled city. All the rooms are beautifully decorated with all the amenities. We cannot wait to come back very soon.

Excellent Hotel
Hotel Lola was everything we expected and more! It was a wonder experience, the staff was friendly and welcoming! Luis and Harold were very helpful and polite. Will definitely revisit and recommend to others.

Most beautiful hotel
This beautiful hotel was my favourite part of the trip. It’s stunning everywhere you look, the class and attention to detail are incredible, the service is superb. It was a place I felt I could truly relax, unwind and just soak up the beautiful surroundings. Also make sure to enjoy the onsite mini spa! Plus right in the heart of Getsemaní, just as pretty as the walled city with half the tourists and a 10 minute walk to the city. Special thanks to the staff especially Haro, Christian, Luis, Bettania.

We had such a lovely evening! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and our waiter Sergio G. made the entire experience even more special. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. His fantastic service truly elevated the night. Thank you for a wonderful dinner—we’ll definitely be coming back!

An oasis of tranquility in the heart of Getsemani
Wonderful hotel. Great location in the heart of lively Getsemaní area - lots of great bars and restaurants close by and yet they still manage to create an oasis of calm and tranquility. The hotel has lots of character - interior decor is beautiful, thoughtful and creative. Great restaurant, delicious cocktails and great breakfast and the service from the entire team was outstanding from check-in to checkout - welcoming, friendly and very helpful - particularly the team serving breakfast, Cristian on the front desk who helped us book great tour to the Rosarios islands, and Jailer - and of course Harold who organised our airport transfer, checked us in and immediately made us feel welcome and week looked after - but the whole team were brilliant. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone - including those looking for an LGBT friendly place in Cartagena: We are a gay couple and, while there are plenty of LGBT friendly places to stay in the city, we felt positively and enthusiastically welcomed here. Thank you Casa Lola for making our stay in Cartagena so delightful!
