    Great Stay and Excellent Service

    San Agustín hotel

    Exceptional luxury

    Exceptional hotel made out of 3 old Moriah houses crossed by an ancient viaduct. Great service and attention to detail. Breakfast service a bit slow. Front desk and concierge is amazing particularly Gladys. Her advice was always priceless

    Magical Experience Luxury Boutique Hotel - With Excellent Service

    Magical five days! Location historic walled city was perfect - we walked everywhere. The staff were amazing and Paola in Guest Services booked all our restaurant reservations and tours. Thank you to Gladys and Catherina af the front desk who took care of everything. Our Room 301 was very quiet, comfortable, large and gorgeous terrace. Love the Frette linens and towels! Bathroom enormous with huge walk-in shower. Alma the restaurant on the first floor is the best meal we had in Cartagena. There is a beautiful pool and a great spa that I used on two days. Last but not least breakfast is fantastic.
