  Good Experience, Nice Modern Clean Room. Great Communal Areas.

  My stay at Hotel con Corazón in Granada was a really positive experience and a lovely place to base myself while exploring the city. Check-in was super fast, which was appreciated after a day of travel. As you walk in, the lobby is huge with plenty of comfortable places to sit. Moving further in, the central entry area opens up even more, with a beautiful garden and hammocks scattered around, making it feel very inviting straight away. Upstairs, there’s another generous living area with a dining table, shelving, and more hammocks — it’s a really welcoming and thoughtfully designed space if you want to relax outside of your room. The room size was perfectly fine for two people. I especially liked the extra luggage shelf, which comfortably fit two large backpacks. As you walk along the corridor to your room, there’s a nice view overlooking the pool, which adds to the overall feel of the property. The jug of water and glasses in the room were a handy touch, and the power points and lamps were placed in convenient spots. The air conditioning worked very well, which was appreciated in the heat. The photos on TripAdvisor seem a little older — or perhaps we were in a newly renovated room — because our room felt more modern than expected. The tiles, fixtures, and fittings all looked relatively updated and well maintained. The bathroom itself was nice and modern looking, and the towels were soft and fluffy. However, the shower only ever reached warm rather than properly hot, and the water pressure was very low. It was a small disappointment given how good the bathroom otherwise looked. Other than the shower, the only minor downsides were that the laundry service was quite expensive and the attached café didn’t have the best opening hours. That said, everything is within walking distance, so it’s easy enough to head out and find alternatives. The location is great — close enough to walk to the main attractions, restaurants, and cafés, while still feeling slightly removed from the busiest streets. Overall, Hotel con Corazón is a comfortable and well-run option in Granada with a feel-good element to it. I would happily stay here again.

  Perfect!!!

  Our group of volunteers stayed. The rooms are so nicely done, the courtyard is beautiful and breakfast is exceptional. The pool is very nice and the staff are so helpful, and so friendly. Hoping to return!

  Beautiful place,clean,very small room Unhelpful staff, pretending not to know simple Spanish Very disappointing Hospitality not at it's best Granada is absolutely charming and worth visiting,just chose another place to stay if you might need a mug of hot water for your herbal tea

  Consider it charity

  Great value for money and for the fact that it is a non-profit hotel it is worth the 4 stars. Breakfast could be improved and setved earlier than 8am. Pool area is loud with guests talking and being on the phone from 6am onwards. This means you are awake since your room is right next to it.

  Warmth and Comfort -- and all for a good cause!

  We had a group of 6 staying in 3 rooms. All were clean and comfortable. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance easily of the plaza and other parts of the "downtown" area. The staff here are all so friendly and helpful. Their spoken English is terrific. The hotel is beautiful, although small. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here and will recommend to others and return ourselves. It is especially nice to know that the foundation that owns the property devotes all profits to educating Nicaraguans. Awesome!
