The rooms and common spaces are very clean, the staff is attentive and friendly. It is very well located, close to the Av. Costera area, beaches, supermarkets, stationery stores, and hardware stores. It can be for a family or business visit, it has parking.

Mar 31, 2022Pleasant motel in a quiet area- mainly good
There is no doubt that this hotel is amazing value. The grounds are pretty and attractive and there is lovely pool with poolside bar. This is essentially an upmarket motel as people are coming and going for one nighters and they park their car right by their room. On our last night someone arrived in a massive shooting brake and completely obliterated our view as it took up two spaces. The rooms are pleasant enough as are the bathrooms but the A/C was poor and very noisy - there were no instructions and no remote so often at night the room was hotter than outside. The staff were all very pleasant and kind and the pool bar people were great. The housekeeping staff were also lovely but took so long to service a room that we gave up having it done. So - amazing value in a quiet part of the city . Good pool, Good bar , fair rooms. Just need to pick up on a few points. Would I return - maybe.

Fantastic, a great choice
Super clean and organized. Rooms furnished and decorated to a high standard. Big modern bathroom with rain fall shower head. Excellent service. The place is really perfectly maintained. Walking distance (12 minutes) to the beach Quiet. Nice restaurants within a couple blocks in a nice neighborhood.

Could be excellent, but a little more work to do.
The outside is beautiful. Lovely buildings, well maintained and pretty gardens. Nice big pool in the middle. Inside the rooms is less impressive. I guess management/owners are working their way through a refurbishment program. Credit to them, it will be fantastic when it is complete, but the rooms have a lot of work needed. The staff we encountered were lovely, so polite and helpful. Air con unit is incredibly noisy, and more like a blast chiller - which is not such a bad thing considering the sweltering heat of Acapulco. Very cheap to stay there but it is not near the beach and not a big resort. Note: at the time of writing, Acapulco is ranked as the fourth most dangerous city in the world, by numerous research agencies. It is not what it was 10 years ago. Be very careful when you are visiting.

good place to rest
good hotel, clean rooms and pools, nice atmosphere. walking distance f4om the beach and supermarkets.they let us check in at 8am and check out later than 12pm so we had more time to spend in there and managed to actually pay for 3 nights and stay for 4 days. we loved it there.
