Nice location near the water and most of the staff were helpful. However, this hotel does not live up to its description or reviews. The room smelled of strong bathroom disinfectant that made me wonder what smell was being covered up. The entire building was quite dusty. The garden in the courtyard is unkempt. The restaurant really was not even set up for business. There was very little outside sitting space to escape the stinky dark bedroom. This place has a lot of potential but whoever owns it doesn’t want to give it love and care. Go look somewhere else unless this is all you can afford.

The location was amazing the staff were hospitality outstanding service the breakfast was a very great value the internet speed was the highest in the area where we stayed

The manager Eric is terrible Staff checked me and he Moved me from my lovely room to a hole He denied me breaking I paid $65 Canadian others paid $22 US got breakfast and if you are blonde you are getting everything-a person of colour stay away from Eric-Money Hungry Not a safe location No lights left on in the evenings not even motion sensors No hot water

The best place to stay if you want to rest and have quiet vacations
I don't have any issues or complains about the hotel, I loved it. I wanted to have a trip in bote and I didn't know how to or who to talk for rent, but the guy in the hotel called someone and we fixed the trip, besides that, everybody was polite, kind, and the breakfast was amazing. I would like you to include Leche Agria that is something else when you are talking about having a great Nica Breakfast.

Bed could be better. Mattress is good but basement made of wood is not that good considering the price, good enough but could be better. Location is excellent, but parking is a hassle. I think they can improve that and may be have someone in charge of moving vehicles. Overall It was good but main issue was the bed.
