  Awesome hotel, not a great area

  This hotel is really stylish and clean. I stayed in a premium room for 3 with my two teenagers and it was nice and big and nicely decorated. It was a nice base for the three nights. The air con is great and the WiFi was brilliant. I have dropped a star because: • The location is not great, I didn't realise at the time of booking, but the north area is a bit dodgy. From reading on, they have a bit of a problem with drugs and illegal immigrants in the area, so much that the police have admitted that they can't police it. My recommendation is to get a cab to the hotel and not to use Brussels Nord for any journeys if you have children with you. • The staff I dealt with were a bit... Flat... I don't know how else to describe it. Also, one person said we would be charged city tax at the end of our stay, but then I noticed payments going on my card at 1/2pm every day. When I asked, they said it was city tax. Then, they tried to charge me again when I left! • The garden bar wasn't open, and the main bar was not a nice place to sit in the day, especially with children (clean and nice decor, but really dark) Another tip, the fridge is a bit useless, so don't expect to get cold drinks from it. (Deleted my daughter from the room pic so it's labeled it as AI generated)

  It is great to stay again!

  Me and my wife decided to stay again in Hotel Indigo Brussels as we did love our first stay. We book again as the service was great. The room, its so clean and spacious. Thanks to Nadia who cleaned the room. Its so immaculate. The interior design is calming me. Its full of plant decor. The breakfast was insanely great! We enjoyed the buffet. Food selection is also sumptuous. We wanted to thank the thin guy(apologies for not knowing his name). He remembers us and look after our table. Reception, upon check in, there was a lady and the Filipino guy, they were so helpful. We love to come back and stay again. The hotel is accessible to any transportation. It is easy to go to Grand Place and the old market.

  Service that goes above and beyond

  I want to express my appreciation for the professionalism and incredible level of customer service that the team at the Brussels Indigo demonstrated in a recent stay. I had a package sent from abroad that I needed to receive at the hotel, but it was delayed by three weeks due to Postal service issues. When my stay ended before my package arrived, the team happily helped me prepare my package to be sent along to another address and ensure I safely received it. Beyond being a great hotel, I wanted to commend employees Andrea and Cylia for going out of their way on multiple occasions to help me resolve this situation.
