Should have stayed in Sorrento
Upon checking in, the front desk staff was rude and less than accommodating. Coming from Sorrento, staying at Hotel Bellevue Syrene, this hotel is not even comparable to that 5 star hotel. The staff was on point, food amazing & the room dreamy. Our “premiere” room here is small, stuffy and less than “charming.” 2 drinks in hotel bar $46. Definitely should have done more research before booking.

Good Stay
A good hotel with a very nice location , minutes walk from basically everything, I highly recommend checking the area across the river ( trastevere ) has a bunch of nice restaurants , and the small coffee shops around it as well , the major drawback was the thin walls, and it can be very annoying specially at night , other than that was a good stay

Fabulous hotel
We stayed at hotel indigo Rome in October. The hotel is fabulous and our room was amazing. We had a room on the fifth floor and loved the decor and balcony area. We had the best time in Rome and this hotel was a prime location for exploring. Breakfast was exceptional with choice and staff were so attentive (the older gentleman) . I would highly recommend and will return again.

Beautiful Hotel
This is one of our favorite IHG hotels. The service was outstanding. The hotel offers extras amenities such as a sauna, spa etc to reserve if wanted. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety both hot/cold. We left early for airport and would have missed breakfast, but they had the best grab and go made up for us. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk to Vatican, but we walked easily to all the other sites. They really spoiled us here. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Rome.
