    They wont give refunds, stay away

    THey charged me even after i caneled for free. They said their bank will send me my refund. They dont know when thought. They work with an old system. Money hungry place. No me devolvieron mi dinero, despues que lo cancele.... Usan un systema antiguo para transactiones.

    Clean room. Nice staff

    It’s a nice and clean hotel I see people cleaning everyday. The staff are very nice even though they don’t speak English. Overall my experience was good. Food was okay I love the banana but they only give u a little amout of it. Our room was clean

    DREADFUL

    Restaurant and bar closed Swimming pool green and out of action Shower not working Wifi not working Staff not apologetic Mmmmmm Oh yes clean bed Tomorrow I hope to wake up and find it was a bad dream - sadly tonight it is not

    Classic Nicaragua

    Stayed 4 nights. The hotel has the feel of old classy Managua. Beautiful gardens and comfortable rooms. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Very friendly staff. Has an upscale French restaurant as well as a casual poolside bar. Great breakfast as well.

    A charming small hotel with lovely courtyard and garden and pool. It needs supporting in these tough times.

    This small historic hotel, has a wonderful courtyard, and immaculate garden with a pretty swimming pool. The staff were attentive and desperately keen to please. Desperate is however their situation, after political instability and then the pandemic. Despite their attentiveness the food was disappointing, and cold. The bedrooms are fine, but the bathrooms need total refurbishment. It’s a shame as it has the potential to be a real gem, and I wish the a bright future. They need support and it’s good value.
