    Amazing resort and staff

    Absolutely amazing resort and super friendly staff. Especially good service on the Mousai roof top pool by Ricardo and the Sanctuary pool by Edgar. So friendly and helpful

    Perfect Snow Escape

    Long-time Garza travelers. First time staying up in Mousai tower. Incredible experience from beginning to end. Service was spot on with Diego, Ricardo and Angel taking care of us. Cannot wait to return.

    Amazing experience

    We had an incredible dinner the Hiroshi. The food was absolutely top of the line—fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor—but what truly made the night special was the service. Janette was our server, and she was amazing: attentive, warm, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. The drinks prepared by Oscar and Kevin were delicious. An outstanding experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

    Cristo was the best

    Cristo was fantastic, he made us feel very welcomed and brought amazing service! He also made us feel special with a personalized dessert to congratulate us on our engagement! Give that man a raise!!!
