  Luxury stay - amazing balcony

  My husband and I stayed at the beautiful Hotel Mousai resort and enjoyed the Garza resort restaurants and amenities as well, which made the stay a good value with the all inclusive option. The location was perfect for views at every pool, restaurant, and balcony with private hot tub and hammock for the perfect romantic atmosphere. The staff was incredible across the board from the attendant that helped with our luggage, every waiter/waitress, bartenders, trolley drivers, attentive staff helping layout towels on the poolside chairs, and special thanks to Alisson, Daniel, Eduardo, Yan, the two American football fans at the front desk (so sorry your names slipped my mind), and many more. The rooms (ultra suite) were very spacious, clean, very comfortable beds, and Greta/Alan were amazing butlers that took care of every reservation we needed and more. I can’t speak to the noise level during the busy season since we went during October/hurricane season when it’s less busy, but the live instrumental music, poolside music, and overall noise level from guests was very peaceful in the lobby and balanced poolside - not a party vibe but not boring either- perfect for the adult only relaxation we were looking for. The property was so beautiful. The only thing I wish I had done differently is bring cash for tips instead of relying solely on charging to my room when signing the receipts. Some services do not require receipts and it wasn’t made clear if gratuities were included with the all inclusive package or not. My only other feedback is that the check in process was long due to a large group ahead of us, but the staff did make sure to offer drinks while we waited. Overall fantastic place that I’d highly recommend.

  I had to rate Hotel Mousai overall, I’d give it 4 stars—but DAO and David get 1,000 stars out of 5! They are absolute musts from the very start. Out of all the Asian food I’ve ever had here in Mexico, DAO is hands down the absolute best. It was so phenomenal that I would seriously come back to this hotel just to dine here again. Among all the incredible staff members we met, David (David Glez) is the absolute best. I specifically wrote down his name just to make sure I gave him a shoutout in this review! On our last day, David and the team made our farewell so happy and unforgettable. We told him to surprise us with any dessert of his choice, and even that impromptu recommendation was out of this world—it tasted so incredible. While NOI gets a lot of hype, honestly, it was a bit underwhelming. Misiki is also great with very friendly staff, but across the entire resort, DAO and David are the true highlights of Hotel Mousai!"

  Excellent, great view, very clean, great food and service. We had all inclusive but you still have to sign receipt for anything you order and of course they asking for gratitude but the prices are just like in States or higher so do your math. You don’t have to tip , nobody force you to do that and they’re ok with that but guys who work around you and cook for you work really hard and they always smile. I don’t know how resort distributes tips that’s big questions mark but cash is the KING.

  My 3rd visit was disappointed with poor Members Concierge representative

  This is the 3rd time I visited this hotel and I am also a member. To start with, Karla is the worst Members Concierge I have met for 13 years since I started my timeshare. I explained to the front desk staff that I came to Hotel Mousai PV since 2022 and again in 2024. Both times I got the beach bag hence I did not bother to bring one. I booked a better room this time (more points used) and when asked for one politely, Karla simply ignored me. On Wed, Karla came to roof top 3 times to confirm I will attend the members meeting on Thursday which I know I do not have to as I did my update in Cancun last year. When I told her I will not, she was not happy and said let her know what she can do for us the rest of the trip and I said we did for TWO DAYs. I do not intend to come back to PV Hotel Mousai again for the rest of my timeshare contract time. GB seems to be a better choice and I hope if I choose to go to Hotel Mousai at Cancun I will have a better experience. Please note though Alejandro and staffs at DAO and NOI are amazing I sure will miss them (hence the 4 stars otherwise will be 3) and please ensure you keep them before you loose more amazing staffs.

  Paradise in the jungle

  Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta is absolutely beautiful and truly feels like a luxury escape. It’s nestled high on a hill as part of a larger resort complex, with Garza Blanca located down by the beach and connected via a walkway for easy access between properties. This is an adults-only resort, and it’s spread across three towers featuring multiple restaurants, a rooftop pool and bar, and a really nice spa. The TarraLuna Gardens area also adds a lot to the experience with additional restaurants, shopping, and occasional events, giving you plenty to explore without ever leaving the property. The location at the top of the hill is stunning, but it does come with some physical challenges. The cobblestone roads are steep and uneven, and there are a lot of stairs throughout the property, which can make walking a bit intense. Thankfully, they offer a trolley service every 15 minutes, which makes getting around much easier if you don’t want to walk everywhere. The room itself was outstanding, spacious, beautifully designed, with a private plunge pool and incredible views. The butler service added an extra level of luxury and convenience that really elevated the stay. Overall, everything was exceptional, and I would highly recommend the adults-only Ultra Mousai Suite for a truly high-end experience.
