  Destination Wedding in PV

  Great service and impeccable housekeeping. Everyone was friendly and professional. Biggest decisions were choices of pools/beach and restaurants. Never felt crowded and the rooftop pools were awesome. Price is expensive for the area but sometimes you get what you pay for. Gracias to the entire staff.

  A Flawless Birthday Celebration – Grand Slam Service & Stunning Suites

  We recently celebrated my birthday at Hotel Mousai, and after a significant amount of planning, I can confidently say the experience was a grand slam. The planning process was meticulous. The COO, who is an amazing individual, connected me with the team, and I primarily worked with Liliana. I cannot overstate how impressive she was. My wife and I worked closely with her to curate menus for three different restaurants and plan multiple events. Liliana handled everything flawlessly, including ensuring my specific dietary restrictions were acknowledged and respected at every turn. The Hotel & Rooms: The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the accommodations. The hotel feels incredibly exclusive and private, never chaotic or busy. I believe there are only about six rooms per floor, which creates a serene atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. Dining Highlights: Dao: My absolute favorite. The food was amazing. Kamura: Incredible dining experience and very filling. Noi: My guests loved it. I didn't get to enjoy it as fully as they did (as we went to Kamura), but the feedback was "yummy." Blanca Blue: The breakfast is awesome—a must-do. However, the dinner service was just okay and didn't quite match the excellence of the other venues. A Note for Future Guests: The only knock I have regarding the experience involves the tipping culture. I felt encouraged to tip 20% throughout the stay, which ended up costing me nearly $1,200 in tips alone. It is something to factor into your budget. Verdict: Despite the tipping costs, everything else was perfect from start to finish. If you are looking to host a birthday party, bachelor party, or wedding, this is the hotel you want to choose.   Phenomenal Place

  This is our second time at Hotel mousai and it is absolutely incredible. Nothing compares. Level of service is first rate and the food is truly five star. Additionally, aside from the gorgeous Infiniti Pool on the roof, my favorite part is that every time you go there, pool butlers set up the lounge chairs and towels for you, and bring you food and drink -- which makes it much less stressful than many of the places we've gone, where you have to search and scrounge for your own lounge chair. Ricardo in particular was so lovely to us every day - both setting up and cleaning up -- always with a terrific attitude, and always checking to make sure we were happy with everything. Cannot wait to come back.

  Best vacation spot

  Hotel Mousai is the best vacation spot. 5 star service, 5 start restaurants and Spa! Ricardo and the rest of the staff at the Rooftop North tower, catered to our every need and want! We have been here 5 times and will be coming many more! Thank you

  Amazing time and especially Ricardo at the rooftop pool is the best, food drinks and the rooms are perfect

  Such a great time everything is le perfect the food the drinks and wow the room!!! The views from the rooftop pools are amazing and ask for Ricardo at the pool he will set you up he's the best
