  The Four Seasons of All Inclusives - Hotel Mousai is a Cut Above

  Hotel Mousai in PV was amazing. For background, my wife and I live on the East Coast and typically will go to resorts in Cancun and the Caribbean. We typically visit Excellence, Sandals and Secrets resorts.However, we decided to give Hotel Mousai in PV a try. This was by far the best all inclusive resort we have ever been to. The food is incredible, the drinks are great, and the service is outstanding. Hotel Mousai is equivalent to a Four Seasons Resort but better because it is all inclusive. I was worried about not being able to have a lounger/bed on the rooftop during the weekend based on prior reviews. However, there was absolutely no issue with this. We were there over the weekend and never had an issue with the pool concierges assisting us with getting a bed. Food Tip - the Oysters Rockefeller on the rooftop are worth the splurge! Diego Mora our butler was fantastic. He assisted us with reservations, always checked in, and was always available to help with anything we needed. The only negative of the whole trip was having to leave. We enjoyed our time so much we will be returning in November for a week!

  Perfect long weekend at a wonderful resort.

  Amazing time staying for a long weekend at the south tower. Service at the infinity pool was impeccable. Thanks to Antonio,Alex, and Eduardo. Food and service at all three restaurants was excellent. Hiroshi remains my favorite. Big shout out to Ernesto who helped us with all our needs at restaurants, activities, etc. Spa Imagine also delivered a wonderful experience. We will be back.

  Beautiful 5 days at Mousai Purto Vallarta.

  Absolutely great experience at Mousai Puerto Vallarta. Very warm welcome from Alejandra -front desk. Pilar, Edgar, Olga served gracefully at Italian restaurant Noi. Rooms were very clean and neat. Special thanks to the General manager Cecilia Bustos and Food & Beverage manager Favian Ocegueda. My husband and I look forward to visit that high class hotel again in the near future.

  Overall great experience at Hotel Mousai

  Staff at Hotel Mousai are the best. They go out of the way to make sure you have everything you need. We also enjoyed the way staff interacted with each other. Staff earned our respect and thanks. Food was excellent and the property is very clean and beautiful. The biggest drawback is the noise from construction on the new towers and on the beach where boulders were being dropped and dragged to make an ocean barrier. We were in North Tower with a beautiful ocean view, but you do have road noise. Don't go to Mousai expecting a beautiful big beach where you can walk for miles because you will be disappointed. If you want a beach experience, go to the Nuevo Vallarta area. Go to Mousai for pampering, relaxation and a great dining experience. Would recommend the all inclusive plan.

  One week in April

  The entire experience was lovely, elegant, and very relaxing. The rooftop pool on the south tower was exceptional. The staff were professional anticipatory and friendly. Antonio, NOE, Ignacio Edgar, Gerardo Alejandro, each one of them all superb. Accommodations were excellent and love the hot tub. The hammock should come with instructions. My only complaint was that the pillows were too hard and too big I wasn’t comfortable, but only because of the pillows. There could be one more option offered. We had a very good time meeting chef Chan at Dao. We shared stories and then he cooked a custom meal for us. Your restaurants are very, very good. Roccio at the front desk was informative and very friendly. Your staff from the front door right through to the Housekeeper or all exemplary. We look forward to returning.
