The hotel is beautiful! I was truly surprised because sometimes the pictures are deceiving. Great customer service, very pleasant & helpful. My only true complaint is the information the night security guard gave us. On the first night we arrived, we needed a more pharmacy, I googled & way close enough to walk. Before exiting the gate, we asked him if it was safe, which he replied YES it is! On our way back to hotel, we decided just to take a taxi. The taxi driver told us it was NOT a safe area! He said we could have been mugged by a drive by motorcycle. This misinformation was brought up to the front desk. Other than that its a very nice hotel.

We spent 2 lovely nights here with our family as a home base for our adventures in Managua. The rooms are great and the gardens very lush and peaceful. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Gardens and Pool.
We enjoyed our stay at the Nicte Hotel, such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are very quiet, the bed and pillows are so comfortable, the view from our window was so pretty , the rainfall shower head was appreciated. The nice clean pool and the yummy breakfast a plus. Friendly, professional staff, especially Adiak. The only thing I would recommend Management is to add a full length mirror and a mini fridge in each room. Other than that, we highly recommend this little Oasis when traveling to Managua.

A WORKING RELAXING WEEK
After a week of full , extra stress work, coming to Nicte Hotel was a pleasure. Their friendly attention and atmosphere made the day better. Their rooms are excellent and super clean. I would recommend it at any time.

a MUST when traveling to Managua!
Absolutely loved it! The rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The best part in my experience was being able to enjoy the green areas of the hotel. Nicte made me feel as if I was at home. The space is big and the environment peaceful. You can find almost everything at walking distance…restaurants, pharmacies, coffee shops, gym, etc. One of the nicest malls is only 5 minutes car ride away, Galerias. The Hotel owner was always around, always greeting you with a great smile!
