We had an absolutely incredible experience at Casa Noi. It perfectly accommodated our group of 12 (family and friends)—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed to allow for both privacy and shared moments. The house features a magnificent collection of art, thoughtfully and tastefully displayed throughout. The location is unbeatable, right by the walled city, with stunning, unobstructed views of both the historic walls and the ocean. The rooftop quickly became our favorite spot, where we spent most of our time enjoying the constant breeze, relaxing, and taking in the most beautiful sunsets. Cleanliness was impeccable—the home was extremely well-maintained, and every space felt fresh and cared for. All the rooms and beds were beautifully decorated and very comfortable, making it easy for everyone in our group to feel at home. The service was truly 10/10 across the board. Shirley, the coordinator, went above and beyond to arrange every detail of our stay seamlessly. The communication and booking process were smooth, prompt, and very attentive to our needs, with a level of personalized care that made all the difference. Chef Mario prepared consistently delicious meals that exceeded our expectations every time. Alejandro made our experience even more special—he anticipated our needs, went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, and did so with genuine care and warmth. Another highlight is how walkable everything is. The Cartagena walled city is right there, with easy access to restaurants and nightlife, yet the home remains peaceful and free from noise. We always felt safe and comfortable exploring the area. If you’re looking for an authentic experience and a true glimpse into Cartagena’s home life, hospitality, and the beauty of its people, I highly recommend Casa Noi 100%. You will not regret it. 10/10 Simply the best stay in Cartagena!

Best experience with my family
Awesome and magical place, comfortable luxury in the middle of the magical Cartagena. The rooms are comfortable with all the amenities that you need during our trip. The view over the walls of Cartagena is unique during the sunset The food is incredible, “chapeau” to the chef

Rooms were the cleanest and the atmosphere was beautiful. The staff remained very friendly and helpful with the needs of everyone at the hotel. I would definitely use this location again. I also liked the temperature control in each unit..

The perfect romantic getaway
I went to the hotel for my anniversary. The hotel is almost hidden in a discrete street in the walled city. Inside, it's beautifully decorated with a lot of interesting artworks of renowned Colombian artists. The room was perfect. It smelled delicious (we went to the smells producer's store which is in the city as well and bought some for home). The breakfast was always delicious and a la carte. And the highlight of the stay was a perfect service, from the manager and the staff.

Fantastic location in Old Town
This really is a beautiful 7 bedroom boutique hotel , I had booked the suite as a surprise for my wife , it was everything that they show plus . Breakfast was delicious,with fresh fruit and eggs any way you wanted . The staff are very courteous and the managers all speak English. A perfect location to see everything that Cartagena has to offer . Overall a very nice visit for 3 nights.
